I have my mom going to see a doctor for 2 years. Since the first time I took her to see this doctor, I didn't like him because he said that she had pain in her knees and feet because she was aging. I tried to change doctor, but was unable due to my mom didn't want to go to another one, because she used to say that one day he'd understand her, and she'd be treated good. My sister that lives with my mom, was taking her to see this doctor, and I took her sometimes, when I had time. But he was really a bad doctor, because my mom was always saying that she had a pain in her chest and back, she had shortness of breath, and he, trying to make fun, was saying that she'd have some medicines and taking x-rays and blood tests and ct scans, and always all those results was good, and never said that my mom was bad. This month of March, 2010, I had to call 911 because she couldn't breath. At the hospital they diagnosed her with cancer number 4. What can I do now?!?!?!
The last time I took her to see this doctor, was one week before to take her to the hospital, and I tried to make her see another doctor in that office, but came 2 women into the room, and asked me to keep the doctor, because she's seeing him, and they could not have my mom seeing another doctor. And he asked her to make ct scan and blood tests, and the results came out really good. Who's wrong? At the hospital, as she had ct scan days before, they asked us to bring the results. At the ct scan clinic they said that they had only the results from my mom's chest and not the neck. But my sister said that when she took my mom over there my mom came out with a blood in her neck with a band-aid, but they INSISTED that they never touched my mom's neck. But the nurse at the hospital said: "That's ok. Bring the chest ct scan, and the doctor would order the neck ct scan." When the nurse at the hospital opened, she said: "How can they say that they never touched the neck if this results talk about only the neck and nothing about the chest?" So I keep asking: "who's crazy?"
I want justice for my mom, before she dies! She'd turn 80 y.o. in the next April 3rd.
