Hereby I'd like to ask for your help in solving an issue with charging for a service, what did not work.
We tried to download an automatic software refresher on a Blackberry while being in Berlin, to be able to see/view attachments in emails (word, excel, etc.) - as the telecomms company is Vodafone in Hungary, but the service did not work in Berlin so that's why the refresher started automatically.
The download process failed at the end, it could not refresh the application on the Blackberry.
This all happened on the 5th April on the following order number: 8966918144, cost: Å12.45, bill to: Attila Toth.
We'd like to have the amount credit back.
