noone will help me!!!
In June 2007 I was elated to have bought my first new car (2007 Dodge Nitro). I am a single mother of a beautiful little girl. One of the main reasons for that particular vehicle was because of the outlight in the back seat of the car. My daughter is asthmatic and requires breathing treatments sometimes every few hour a day, the machine has to be pluged into an outlight, so it was essential for me to buy. Five months ago I begain to have a reaccuring issue with the car. My car would "bogg down" when comming to a stop. For five months I was extremly patient with the dealership in bringing my car in and leaving it with them for and undeterminded time everytime, with the same outcome it still was not diagnosed. So in September after being stranded in the pouring rain and hour from my home with children I became inpatient. After calling Sorensen & Schade dealership and getting the same response, drop it off we'll look at it and do everything we can to "fix the problem", I aked please for a car to transport my child back and forth to school and doctor appointments they told me they could not help me. I then called Chrysler Financial and they also insured me they would do anything possible to help me, I told them I just wanted my car fixed, and also I needed a car until this ongoing problem is fixed. They informed me then that there was nothing they can do for me until the car is diagnosed. I would like to please know when and what does it take for the mechanics to diagnose my cars electrical problem (thats what Sorensen & Schade called it)? When it catches on fire? Or blows up with me and my daughter in it??!!!
