Since my order was overdue (more than 3 weeks), I have phoned and e-mailed this company 5 times and with no response. I will keep trying as my Visa card issuer says to document all correspondence. Customer service is glaringly lacking or this company may not be legitimate. I would advise to order from more reputable companies.
