I believe this website is a scam. I ordered a $50 product from this store and they immediately charged my credit card, however it has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received the product in the mail. I called and left a voicemail (their automated phone system never connected me to a real person) and no one called me back. I have sent 3 emails over the past week and a half and no one has responded to me. Also, the website gauranteed delivery before Christmas for all products ordered before the 14th. Mine was ordered on the 11th and still, 2 days after Christmas it hasn't arrived. There is also an online chat feature on the website where you are supposed to be able to get real time assistance, however the feature also says "offline". Once again, I cannot talk to a real person. This place will quickly charge your credit card, but will not send you your product, email, or call you back.
