Kate English hides her business behind a ministry, but still charges fees. She is habitually late, self focused, and unprofessional. She does not keep her commitments whether time focused or financially focused. She has no license for what she does. Although she states she's a reflexologist, she is acting outside the law regarding her profession. The law states reflexologists use the thumbs or other objects to replace the pressure of the thumbs on an acupressure point. Ms. English uses electricity. Electricity is allowed to be used if you are a licensed acupuncturist or chiropractor. Ms. English sells her trainings as being for family only, in which case electricity can be used, however, she publicizes her 'certified' reflexologists as serving their communities. They are not reflexologists according to the Oregon state law, they are auricular therapists practicing outside the Oregon statutes. We took her to court and won. You can, too.
