fraudulent charges
I answered an add for a free sample for the cost of shipping which was supposed to be $1.99. I submitted my credit card # which they requested. I did receive the item. Jan 14, I called and spoke with a man that said he would turn it over to the corporate office and they should issue another check and I should hear from them in a couple of days via email. No email. 1-20 I spoke with a different girl that gave me a separate option of going through my bank and disputing the charge. She said they would not be sending me a refund and there was a technical problem. She also gave me the mailing address insisting they did not have a phone...
