BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!

DOMACOMTEL TELECOM AG - Thieves and liars - do not believe a word they say!!!

I ordered and paid DOMACOMTEL for a bicycle online. DOMACOMTEL took my money but then told me I needed to buy 3 bikes. I arranged for 50% payment up front and 50% on delivery. Bicycles were supposedly delivered by NicoPost, who then advised me they had landed in Australia but could not be delivered until full payment was made. After this payment was made, I was advised by NicoPost that items had not been cleared by Australian customs and had to be returned to DOMACOMTEL to be re-shipped by an approved carrier. I checked with Australian Customs who advised this would never have happened and that they had never heard such nonsense. I also discovered that the EMS shipping number provided by NicoPost did not exist, while the NicoPost website server was always busy. I was then advised by DOMACOMTEL that they would ship the bicycles by UPS or DHL, but only if I now purchased 5 bikes. I said I would do this, but would only pay the balance owing when bikes were delivered and inspected. Not surprisingly, DOMACOMTEL declined this offer, but promised a refund instead. Of course, since that time, DOMACOMTEL will not reply to my repeated emails and telephone calls. I have been well and truly scammed by these thieves. I urge all buyers to beware of DOMACOMTEL - they can not be trusted and will only take your money!!!
