For years I have had a website with this company. Then I bought 2 other names and creating facility and hosting.
Niether of the 2 other websites have ever worked. The test that was first developed for one of these has gone up and no change has
ever turnied up. The other simply has never been put on line.
Every week, and most days I write and ask for help. Every time I do this they find a reason to charge me more money and they have my account details.
So about every week they take somewhere between $30 and $200 from my account. I have been asking them for 2 years to stop this and fix the problem.
They refuse.
Now I am asking them for the details I need to transfer the sites.
They refuse. Or they say they will charge me to do and then send me an email saying they were forced to cancel the transfer for some ridiculous reason they have just made up.
I have cancer and really don't have the money or the time to spend arguing with them.
Is there anything I can do?
any advice might help.
