I too was taken in by Global Domains claim to earn income. The source of this income was to come from referrals, making my friends and family sign up for a website through Global Domains International. My own website, I had to create and was unable to locate on the web when I performed a search, not only that but the domain name I was assigned by GDI came up whenever I put that in, and it was for totally different people.
The payments were $11.00 per month payable from my Paypal account. I cancelled the latest payment on June 21, 2011 and received an e-mail confirmation from Paypal, I also contacted GDI via phone call and cancelled the service, received a confirmation number for the cancellation. I received an e-mail from Paypal on 6-23-2011 that my payment had to GDI had cleared my account. I contacted GDI this evening and was informed that payment from my Paypal account was received on 6-20-2011 and cancellation was done on 6-21-2011, I requested a refund and was informed GDI doesn't refund payments. My next step is to contact FCC and file a formal complaint as I have paid for service that I have cancelled and they refuse to refund my money.
I have also contacted Paypal and filed a dispute against this payment as I had cancelled prior to payment being made, the payment was pending.
Stay away from these scam artists, there are thousands out there, earn money at home, income for life.. this is what GDI uses... and there are web hosting sites available for a lot less money, $11.00 isn't much true. but it is money that I could have used for food or gas in my car. Let's see how long they stay in business when Uncle Sam starts investigating...
