On Wed August 18, 2010 a company calling themselves Select Platinum Credit made an unauthorized charge to my account using a phony check which they created. I am currently in the process of doing my own investigation of the company, as well as reporting the matter to state and federal authorities.

What I have found thus far is that the call center operates out of Manila, Philippines. The domain name selectplatinumcredit.com is as follows:
