why customer should bring Ration card for getting GAS Token every year

Dear Sir,

Today i went for booking GAS for domestic purpose.
in my hand i have "domestic gas customer card"

but they asked me to bring RATION CARD also for booking.

Ration card is mantatory while getting "GAS TOKEN".

Last time they verified my "ration card" and endousement stamp is mentioned in the "ration card" and same they are updating in the computer.

My Question is ...! Why? customer should bring "RATION CARD" for getting token from GAS Agency.

I have asked it is government rule or your own rule...
They are saying that... Their rule.

Will goverment will involve and take necessary action against this GAS Agency!!!

why Agency is putting his own rule... Consumers are suffering..!!!

He is not Government...!!! putting own rule for consumers..

This should be monitored by Government

late delivery of LPG gas

I booked my LPG gas at sachdeva gas agency on 25 dec. 2007 but i dont get the delivery till today.When i tried to contact the sales officer Mr. choudhary on his mobile no. 9872809728 his mobile was switched of . I tried many time to contact him ,all time his mobile was switched off.The company says ,delivery with in 24 hours but agency holder says he does not get sufficient supply ,but gas cylinder can be purchased from market at the rate of Rs.600. From where they get the cylinder.My gas card no. is 4679 in sachdeva gas agency Malout.My mobile no. is 09463786609. My adress is Patel Nagar, Malout
