They took my computer in to fix it and promised me a call back to let me know the problem with the screen, in a few days. I waited two weeks, no call ever came, so i went in and the guy that was there told me he was not the one working on it so he could not tell me much and then he said there was problems with getting replacement parts. To me it sounded like he was beating around the bush. At that point he promised me another call in about to days max. so i waited two days, no call again so i waited 12 more days to give them two more weeks. After the two weeks i went in again and they told me the same deal, problems with parts and 0ther excuses like the parts are very hard to find. So i said fine then give me my computer back. Then they told me, we dont have it now come back tomorrow. that was really irritating. So they next day i go in to ask for my laptop, so they give it to me, but my power charger is missing so then they have to go trough all their shitty mess in there suite to find it 15 minutes later. after i got home i inspected my computer only to find out that there was parts missing and they didnt assemble it back together properly. it was a very sloppy job...

So yea it was a big waste of time and my computer looks more messed up since it was not properly assembled. whatever you do dont trust this people with ur equipment, if you walk into their suite you can see all the mess of computer parts they have laying around. useless people it looks like they learn to fix computers at their own home. Totally unprofessional and very bad customer service.
