Terrible service
Earlier this evening, I ordered about $35 worth of food online, for myself and my sister around 10:15 pm. Now, let me point out that online it states that it takes up to 45 minutes to be delivered. So i waited exactly 60 minutes, and when I checked online to see if the food had even delivered yet, it stated that my food was already delivered and that it was at my house. So, I called and the employee that I had spoke with said that "delivery takes 2 hours and the delivery boy was about to leave in 10 minutes". This wasn't a problem. Then exactly another 60 minutes went by and by then I was extremely angry because not only was I hungry, but now it has been 2 hours, and the person I spoke to said my food was going to be delivered in 10 minutes. So, I called and canceled my order. I hate to do this, and I've never complained about anything in my life, but this was ridiculous. I order from domino's all the time and never had this problem before.

Bad customer service
Wow i have always bought dominos and today was the first time that im thinking of going somewere else I travel and buy at the same location in az phone 602 547 3030 a csr named tony asked me for my adress and I said can u hold on one second he said no call back when u get the adress didnt even let me get the hotel buisness card so I can give him the adress for my order then h hung up on me !

Why they do not deliver in some parts of Gurgaon?
I have just called 0124-68886888 and got to know that human beings does not leave in their own houses. The humans are only those who are living in the corporate or big societies or apartments. They said that Sanjay Gram is out of their delivery area but they do deliver in front of Sanjay Gram at Sector 14. WHAT IS BEING DONE BY DOMINOS IS AN ATTACK ON THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE INDIAN NATION AS 80% OF OUR POPULATION LEAVES EITHER IN RURAL AREAS OR AREAS WHICH ARE NOT A PART OF SOCIETIES OR APARTMENTS. I SHOULD ADVISE DOMINOS TO CLOSE THEIR OUTLETS IN INDIA AS THEY COULD NOT REACH OR DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO REACH THE 80% OF OUR INDIAN POPULATION. BE INDIAN SAY NO TO DOMINOS AND DO NOT VISIT THEIR OUTLETS. GO FOR A LOCAL VENDOR DELIVERING PIZZA IN YOUR AREA. DOMINOS IS MAKING INCOME IN YOUR COUNTRY AND SENDING IT TO ITS COUNTRY.

bad quality of food and service
Dear Sir,
I as a citizen of India want to inform you about one of the company which is running in Nehru Place near Satyam cineplex, New Delhi=110019...Me and my family watched a movie on 7-6-11(8pm show)...and after watching movie we went to Domino's, which is one of the biggest Pizza brand...it is very sad to inform you that this biggest brands are not providing proper service and proper food to their customers...people use to pay such a high cost for eatables but if it is tasteless and proper service is not provided to the customers, it became very frustrating and disgusting...the place where we were sitting, it was very untidy and dirty...it was looking very unhygienic and unhealthy...and moreover, the pizza was so tasteless and half cooked or baked...As a result we ate half pizza and left the rest...Sauce bottle was empty kept on the table, it was so dirty, mosquitoes were flying in the hall, papers, trash, dust were present inside the hall...I am attaching some photographs, which I have clicked while having Pizza inside the Domino's...which will show how unhygienic, untidy, and a bad quality food they are providing to their customers, who are wasting their precious time and money with these kind of services...
I hope that you will understand my complaint against this brand..this complaint is not only from me, but it is on the behalf of all the customers who are facing these kind of problems but do not know what to do against all these, and they are suffering...
I hope that you will take an immediate action against this...I will be very thankful to you..

Service
I ordered a pizza and when you come to my condo community there are clear instructions on how to operate the gate. The driver called from the gate and requested a gate code. I explained what he had to do to call my unit so I could buzz him in. The store manager called me and I explained to him the directions at the gate and he told me without a gate code they were returning my order to the store. I have lived here over 7 yrs and the procedure for entering the complex has always worked. They straight out refused to follow the directions. The mgr was very rude and told me to call someone else for pizza.I hope somehow this complaint will reach someone who can handle it.

Bad customer service
One day I order Two deep dish pizza at domino's location at 7816 Louetta Rd
SPRING, TX 77379.They deliver wrong pizza
then I called the manager he said I have to pay more which was I already paid .they charge me two deep pan pizza and gave me one deep pan pizza and they are not sorry for that also.

boneless chicken
although the chicken tasted okay, the size of the pieces varied too much. some were no bigger than the eraser on a pencil. i realize that some size will vary a bit but not by that much.

Sick
The worst pizza I ever ate. On Friday I ate Domino's Pizza, at first I thought it was actually pretty good. But Friday night I got constipated. Then on Saturday I started getting worse (going to the bathroom more) and had serious stomach pain. By Sunday was a little worse. By Monday I had diarrhea. Was the worst experience I ever had with pizza. NEVER AGAIN! I advise never to get pizza from Domino's. I love pizza, but Domino's pizza is disgusting, and they have terrible advertising too. Just don't bother with them, just don't do it.

bad pizza
This pizza is the worst I have had. Is there a shortage on toppings there is????? We counted 8 thin slices on the olives that is green and black 5 slices on mushrooms.Total of 10 slices of pepperoni's Oh, yeah 3 thats right people onions.My cheese sticks was a hunck of dough??? There is no hope GO to Papa Johns 7 min. lots of everything Pass up Central City Domino's 3 min. down the rd. you will see a true pizza place..Disappointed in Dunmor Ky.
