So I ordered two medium pizzas for my boyfiend his little brother and myself. One pizza was a chicken with peperoni pizza and the other was a peperoni and jalapeno pizza. Keep in mind that no one else ate the pizza and this was the only food we had in common eating the whole day. That night my boyfriends little brother could not sleep because he felt ill. He wanted to throw up and had diareah. That next morning my bf and I had finals and we started feeling really sick he complained that he had diareah and that his whole body ached so he couldnt focus on his final and in turn failed the final and failed the class. Later that day he went home and I met him there. We were both really ill with diareah, vomiting, body ache, fever, and our heads throbed really bad if we started to walk. We were bed ridden for two days after that feeling really sick. I tried contacting domino's pizza and all they could tell me was that supposedly they called over 150 people who had their pizza that day and the day after and they all were fine, oh and that supposedly they tested their own ingredients from that day and that once again everything was copersetic. Yeah of course if this was my buisness I too would do my "own research" and find that everything was perfectly perfect. All they could offer me was credit for more of their food.. ewwwww no thank you!!! Moral of the story is DOMINO'S = FOOD POISONING!

I ORDERED FARM HOUSE PIZZA ALONG WITH TWO MEXICAN WRAP ON 10/10/2010 AT 10:54 PM, MY ORDER NO. WAS 245 FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA, SCO - 220, SECTOR - 12, PART -1, URBAN ESTATE, KARNAL (HARYANA) INDIA. CONTACT NO. +91-184-2267401. WHILE EATING MEXICAN WRAP I FOUND BUNCH OF HAIR IN MY MOUTH ALONG WITH THE WRAP. I STILL HAVE THE PROOF OF THE SAME AND I CAN PROVE IT. I DID NOT EXPECTED THIS THING FROM SUCH A HYGIENIC PLACE. I HAVE ORDERED DOMINO'S PIZZA MANY TIMES BUT THIS TIME IT TOTALLY SPOILED MY MOOD AND TASTE. My family and I wanted pizza today so we called our local domino's for our normaly favorite pizza. Today we entered dominos and got rude service I would understand if they were real busy but it was extremly dead and they both did not seem like they wanted to be there (Its not the customers fault they dont like their job). Then on top of that we got home and opened the pizza boxs to pizza with no sause or cheese it looked like they had just through whatever they grabed on it and called it done. It looked like a piece of bread with pepperoni on it .This will be the last time my family and I will be going to dominos, we will take our money somewhere else.

I just went to Domino's for first time in a few years. The smell o garlic salt was heavy in the air, as if it were overused. The new Domino's Pizza I got was terrible. The crust was "spiced", and the sauce was way to sharp and salty.

the dough itself was not true pizza dough, and was COATED with corn meal. I tried to get a piece out of the box, and found myseldf covered in corn meal dust, and my hands were coated with this stuff as well. The corn meal dusting gives the impression that every bite is "crunchy" but it is a bit of an illusion. The fact is some bites had so much of this loose sandy dust that it made me feel like I had eaten a sandwich with beach sand in it!

I placed an order for delivery at Dominos Pizza in Florence Ms.. I was out on hold for 8 minutes, The guy that took my order was constantly speaking to a co-worker or friend about things that were totally unrelated to work, while i was trying to place my order! He didn't even let me finish my order when he blurted out the price and proceeded to hang up, i quickly asked him why he didn't ask my address since the pizza was to be delivered, he said "yeah i got it" and hung up! He was totally unprofessional!!! i am a waitress myself, I know how important customer service is for a business, the service i received was unacceptable!
