OUT OF CASH IN NEW YORK

no pizza for the handicap
EVERYONE HAS SEEN THE DOMINO'S COMMERCIAL WHERE THE HOT FRESH PIZZA IS DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR??? WELL THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE ANY COMPASSION FOR HANDICAP. (I AM MOBILITY HANDICAP, WALK WITH A CANE)
YESTERDAY I ORDERED ON LINE FROM DOMINIO'S PIZZA, WHEN PLACING A ORDER ON THEIR WEB SITE THERE THERE IS A SECTION WHERE YOU CAN PUT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, SO I REQUESTED THAT THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO THE 2ND FL IN A 3 FAMILY HOUSE . THEN, FOLLOWED UP THE ORDER WITH A PHONE CALL TO THE STORE, WHEN THE REP ANS THE PHONE I EXPLAINED TO HER MY SITUATION, SHE THEN TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO THE MANAGER. THIS PERSON WAS THE MOST COLD, HEARTLESS AND NON SKILLED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TALKED TO, SHE COULD NOT CARED LESS ABOUT MY SITUATION (REMIND YOU MY DEBIT CARD IS ALREADY CHARGED). I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY AND IN SHOCK THAT A NATIONALLY KNOWN COMPANY LIKE DOMINO;S COULD NOT HANDEL THIS SITUATION BETTER.

Mgr Physically Hitting Employee
How can Domino's Pizza tolerate one of their managers physically striking an employee inside the Domino's place of business and when the employee was struck their glasses were knocked off and when said employee bent to pick up their glasses the manager grabbed them by the "HAIR" and started yanking their hair. Why would a reputable company not see this as totally unexceptable behavior on the part of one of their mangers/employees?
I would also like to know why there are not random drug tests at the Domino's to possibly seek out emplyee's with drug problems?

Rude employees and misleading the customers
I am a regular customer at Domino's Pizza (serving outlet - Baner Road outlet, Pune).
I ordered (a male representative took the order) for a pizza from Domino's Baner Road outlet, Pune. While taking the order i was assured that if the delivery is not made in time, there would not be any charges for the pizza (as per their 30 minutes time guarantee scheme), the pizza reached after 50 minutes and the delivery boy (Mahesh) demanded for the bill to be paid. When I told him that I was assured over the phone that the time guarantee will apply for this order, I should not be charged, he simply denied "rudely" with aggresive body language and asked me to call the Manager of the outlet. He asked me to make a call on a mobile number and made me speak to a person, who introduced himself to be the manager, this person told me due to Ganesh festival the guaranty will not apply. I asked for an explanation for giving me wrong commitment while placing the order, he simply avoided talking about it and asked me to pay to the delivery boy. When I said I will make a complaint to the company regarding them misleading the customers, his words were "Do it, it doesn't matter to us, do anything". I told him I will not accept the pizza as the information provided when ordering was misleading and I would not pay for a 'cold' pizza, he quickly reacted saying "No problem". I returned the pizza to the delivery boy who was equally rude to talk to.
I have had tremendous troubles convincing them on the 'time guarantee' scheme whenever they have deliver the pizza late. If you commit it, follow it.
I would like to see if Domino's Pizza, being such a reputed name, will take some action against such outlet/employees.

Illegal Activities
I used to work at this location a little while back. The poor customer service and illegal activities caused me to finally walk out on them. The previous manager, Shane Burke of Lakeside, cA 92040, (which sells and smokes marijuana in the store with minors present) transfered to another location and had is current girlfriend, Stephanie Sumner of Lakeside, CA 92040, hired at the location I was working at. She had no experience so I asked Shane how she became manager so easily and his reply was, "Because she is going to pay half my rent". So after several weeks of working with her and having her talk down to me and other employees while she sells drugs for her boyfriend and smokes the same drugs under the oven hood in the store and gets away with it, I just had to quit there. I really liked my job there until it became a front to hire friends and relatives that wont question you while you sell drugs to make a profit while your making the store itself lose it's profit. I brought it to the attention of the franchise owner several times with no action taken. Maybe the right person will read this and be able take appropriate action. Until then Stephanie Sumner will get away with dealing in Dominos.

took me out of job 'cause they find out i am pregnant
Hello there,
My name is Milissa Noble Dean. I have been working for Domino's Pizza for nearly three years now. Working in Leighton Buzzard branch since from October 2006 till October 2008 then moved to Coventry and joined back Dominos here in Jubilee crescent branch. What happened is there is an Assistant manager named Matt who is now store manager sent me P46 as if i have resigned or something which i didn't he didn't have spoke to me at all, in fact when i tried to call him he didn't respond at all. i remember the last time I worked there he treated me as if i am his slave or anything when i asked him that i am having back ache can i rest for 5 minutes because i am pregnant he didn't allow me. I kept on working and then next week after i received P46. I have a very hardworking reputation in Domino's and was quite happy working for them. For further enquiry about my past work for Domino's please contact Leighton Buzzard branch store manager Damian Corrigan or even the Area manager Robin knows how my work is. This is such an inappropriate act what Matt done to me, or is this that I am pregnant. He can’t just sack anyone like this.
Please take some action against this issue.

Employ using cursing words
I order three pizzas. 2 with jalapeno, 1 pizza deep pan jalapeno & 1 pizza plain cheese pizza.after reaching home i found out all of them are with jalapeno.instead of one plain i got jalapeno. so i called store and they told me they will make new & it will be free.i told them to deliver to my home as we were middle of party.they told me they will not deliver it as it was original order for pickup.i told them they mess up my dinner as pizza was for kids.around 10.05 they called me and ask me why i did not pick my pizza?so i told him(Mike, his name) i will able to come now.so that guy start screaming on top of his voice & used cursing words.Above that he told people from your country are shit & i am one of them(i am an Asian).he was just ready to listen anything and try to threaten me to call police & getting me to arrest for placing order & not picking up.I told him i can not pick up pizza.again Mike call in few mins and started talking in rough way & told me not to come again to domino's.

Did the delivery men have to touch the pizza?
Just recently, my family decided to get a pizza at this Domino's location. We ordered here once before, and did not do so for a while, because of the same reason we had a problem with this time also.
The pizza was made, it was all set, and than all the sudden, some delivery people came in after being outside, talking on the phone, driving their vehicles, and did not wash their hands. One of the delivery men opened the box of pizza and cut it, putting his unclean hands all over the pizza. Than he shut the box. The other delivery guy than randomly opened the box, and put his finger on the pizza, for no reason?! It was so odd. Why would they have delivery people come in from outside, not wash their hands, and come in and handle the food?

Worst Pizzaa we have ever eaten
Last night, my wife and I decided to calll out for a pizza after having a hetic day. We calld out local Domino's as we had done several times before and ordered a Large Pepper and Onion Pizza. The girl who took the order over the phone was very courteous and pleasant and the pizza was delivered within 30 minutes as promised.
However when we started eating the pizza we found that it was worst pizza I had ever eaten. The crust was soggy, the sauce was tastless and there were hardly any toppings on it at all. The pepper and onions were sliced so paper thin, you could hardly see them.
We had ordered pizza from Domino's many times before, but this will be the last time.
I called the store I had ordered it from to file a complaint and was connected with the manager. When I advised him of my complaint and told him that I would not be ordering from Domino's again, he seemed shocked that I would not order again because of one bad experience. I asked him why I would waste my money on another order and he offered to have the pizza that was delivered picked up and deliver a new one delivered. I declined however. He told me that I could order from the local mom and pop pizza place or Pizza Hut and get their substandard pizze then.
I have ordered the same pizza from Pizza Hut in the past and I'll tell you, their pizza is far better in my opinion.

Awful treatment
My daughter worked as a delivery driver in the evenings at Domino's. She also has a daytime job. All was well until a manager change. The new manager created a schedule that showed what time employees were to report to work, but left shift end as a question mark. None of the employees knew when they would leave, maybe earlier than their usual, maybe later.
When questioned, the manager curtly informed them that he would let them know when he wanted them to go home. As my daughter has a young son, she had set hours for his care. Not to mention that she would like to spend some time with him and her husband... One evening after the new manager sent the closing employee home, he informed her that she would be staying until close to cover that shift. She told him of her daycare restrictions and how she had to go to her other job at 7am. She couldn't stay until 1 or 2am!! He refused several times to cash her out so she could leave and told her she was to stay. She finally just left, leaving her money in the lock up box.
During close, the manager called the police and told them my daughter had stolen money from the store. He knew perfectly well the money was still in the store. My daughter had to miss work the next day to meet a police officer at the store to watch the lock box be opened and prove her innocence. The manager who called the police wasn't there when it was opened. Coward. When she reported to work that afternoon for a mandatory meeting, the manager told her she was no longer needed at Domino's. As she is in the process of a house closing, the income loss was very upsetting to her, not to speak of how she felt about being charged with a federal felony! She is pursuing a civil suit and I hope she gets results. Domino's sucks. I will tell everyone I know not to order from that store. By the way, this guy's name is Don.

Wrong Order Internet Ordering system
I ordered a Pizza online, ordering went ok and have done this many times before.
After It said on my screen "leaving store" I gave it an hour and rang them, They never got my order! . Well Im a IT guru and I can confirm they did get it!.
So I ordered online again. this time I ordered the same as i had before and little over 30 mins later my "ordering screen" stated "Order Cancelled" What?!?!? Well then I rang again and they claimed I had not ordered again, Eh?
So just as i was about to make another order thay rang back and said "it's on it's way"
well it was nearly 2-3hrs after the first order and about 4 phone calls later but I thought it'd be OK.
Well when the pizza Arrived I paid full price (they had stuffed up again) when i got to taste one piece it was stone cold. yep not only was it cold they had "forgot" to bring half my order and it had apparently "sat" in a car for the 2hrs. The bottom of the box was all greasy like it had been sitting for a while.
So i heated it up in the oven, and guess what. the wrong Sauce on the base and the wrong topping!!
My partners pizza was almost "Blank" hardly any topping. and cold as well.
I emailed their office and now nearly a week later and multipule emails they have not replied.
Stay away from them
