Overcharged
I received a mailed coupon from these jokers advising me they would deliver one free medium pizza, with one topping, at no cost to me. Emphasis on NO COST. One Saturday afternoon, my kid was whining for food and I told him he could have the coupon and order his pizza. They informed me there would be a delivery charge of $1.64. I told them this was not stated on the coupon, that it was absolutely free. They didn't care. So I sent my kid to the car to get the sticky and dirty change from under the ashtray to make the precious $1.64. I understand they're hoping you will take them up on the offer and order your free pizza ALONG WITH another $30 worth of food. Tough. All I was taking from them was what was free, mainly because if I want Pizza, I order real Pizza from Papa John's or a local pizza shop.
Sometimes the kid and his friends will order from Domino's and I know that when you place a normal order from them there is no delivery fee (there's no tip either from me, ever). The driver knew the pay risks of the job when (s)he took it. That driver does nothing above and beyond what any other driver does to warrant a tip.
This delivery fee came up simply because they were mad that I took them up on the offer for a free pizza without ordering more of their crap. So the pizza came and I made my kid go to the door. When the door opened, I heard my kid drop the change all over my hardwood floor. He took the pizza, placed it on the table and started picking up the change, handing it to her as he went. I was about to die laughing and was afraid she would hear me. She finally said that was okay and she left.
I went to pick up the change from the floor she didn't wait on, and it amounted to $.96. I'm glad he mostly went after the pennies and nickels first, all she got to walk out with was $.68. I couldn't have planned that one better myself.
I guess that $1.64 wasn't worth it to her if she had to jump through a hoop to get it. She would've got the rest of it if she would've waited, it's not his fault he couldn't hold a big handful of change and open a doorknob and a couple of deadbolts (teenagers are clumsy).
They ripped me off big time. They should've said carryout only or some such other nonsense on that coupon if they were worried about a delivery charge. Or minimum order required. They had their chance to get out of bringing an absolutely free pizza to me, but I guess that coupon would've wound up in the trash with the rest of them if they could've resisted promising me something for free.

Discriminate
We were the first person in the store to place an order, but didn't get our order done until everyone elses gets theirs, even though they'd placed in their orders ways behind us, we were the last to recieved our pizzas & not only when it were done we had to ask them if it was ready or not or how long left to go! A few weeks laters I was on my way home, I dropped by the same store to place an order & yet again being first to place an order before any other customers turned up, I watched people walked away with their orders & asked why hasn't mine pizza ready yet & one of the employees turned around & said "maybe other people were here first" in a calmy manner I'd told them I'd placed my order way before the rest of them so why are they ended up get their orders done before me & this isn't the first that had happened, the employee just looked @ me & shrugged while the other employees just looked @ each other & laughed as though it was deliberate, I was so pissed off & left the store without having to wait any more longer since it's already been forty minutes! I believe this store discrimate because I'm asian, it's so obvious... I mean talk bout being equal & all & this is what I get???! This STORE without a doubt is the WORST store that I've ever been to, CUSTOMER SERVICE is surely NEED to be looked at. I'll never go back here again & will sure tell/let people knows about it that Domino's Pizza @ Shop 4 169-179 Meadows Road, Mount Pritchard really is SUCKS. Only thing I feel sorry is for the person who HIRED these EMPLOYEES

Tow Happy
When my son gets his hair straightened, I often go to the Domino's pizza nearby and get a pizza and take it to the salon. I usually park in the Domino's lot - which is always 90% vacant as it is more convenient. This last time I went, my husband had arrived at the salon first and I decided to check with him before ordering. He said he wanted to get Chinese food this time so we walked across the street for dinner. Imagine my shock when we came back and my car had been towed. Please note that the lot had only two cars in it - one was the delivery vehicle and another, I'm assuming, was an employee car. I went into the store and said, "I can NOT believe you towed my car!!" Their response was, "We towed 3 tonight." The cost to get the car out of the tow lot was $120. Domino's has lost my $600 plus per year business and I'm sure they lost business from the other cars that were towed. I can see towing cars when the lot is strained for space. I can't see it on a Monday night when no one is in the lot. It's also the holidays and the economy is in a spiral. The Domino's sign does say, "For Domino's Pizza customers only." To Domino's - I might not have bought a pizza that night but I buy at least 4 each month and another 4 or so a year when I park in your lot and walk over to the salon. So I DID consider myself a Domino's customer. I'll now buy NO pizza from Domino's and I will never recommend it. Check "towing and Domino's" on the web. It seems this policy isn't isolated but rather appears to be encouraged.

Pricing
I decided tonight to get one of their deals. The deal was 2 subs and a one topping large pizza for 19.99. I call on the phone for my order. Service was fast but I think they overcharged me. The subtotal was 22.99. not the advertised 19.99. The Delivery Charge was $2. The tax was 2.07. The total was $25.06. They then somehow subtract 2 dollars of my total. When I calculate it online I get $23.79. Did they overcharged me?

Rudeness, poor service
I am a regular customer at dominos and have been ordering almost 4 to 5 times a week, first from their outlet at ph. 3 b2 in mohali, punjab india and thn from their recently opened outlet in ph 10 mohali, india. under (phone no. 4635654).
They have lately been acting rude and got the deliveries late a few times, plainly refusing afterwards to honor their commitment. last nite, at around 8 pm, we ordered a pizza and a coke, along with a free pizza as per their coupon no. dh100. After half an hour, the boy came with only one pizza and on our telling him the mistake, the manager refused to entertain and bluntly told us that we had never asked for that order. He was rude and even refused to attend the calls, telling me that he believed his clerks instead of a customer who has been ordering for the last 3 years.
It was a horrible experience and insulting as the guests had to leave without their dinner. I vowed never to order a pizza again, in my life.
Ajay p singh,

No delivery
This is the second time i have written. The complaint is, I ordered fifty six dollars of food from the Domino's pizza in Pigeon Forge Tn. On the strip at seven thirty on 6-28-08 they said it would be about an hour. I said ok. At eight forty my wife was standing outside waiting, she saw a Domino's driver two doors down from us. My wife ask him how long it was going to be before our food arrived, he said about ten minutes. We waited until ten minutes past ten, My daughter -in law called to see where the food was. The Mgr. Derek told her the driver delivered it to the wrong place and the people there accepted it. That our food was on the way. So i got on the phone and called Derek back. He told me the same thing. I told him i had friends over who had been waiting since seven thirty for our food. He apologized and said there was nothing else he could do. I told him to cancel the order because we were going out to find another place to eat. He talked so fast and with a foreign sound i could not keep up with him talking so i hung up the phone. He was very rude. I have been eating food from Domino's for a long time. The Domino's in Bureau Ky. Where i usually buy from are very nice. But i have not bought any more since this incident. I called the Main Office and Spoke with Gary at Ext. 8208 he was suppose to have some one from the store in Pigeon Forge to call me. I'm still waiting as of 7-22-08 The phone number in Pigeon Forge Tn. where i called the order in is 865-429-1818. My phone number at home is 606-965-2449 Hope some one can help me that knows what they are doing.
Thanks,
Harold Williams.

Trash in street and cars illegally parked in street
I reside at 33 Victory Blvd. hence this complaint... I entered a Domino's store and requested I speak with a manager (a young lady named "Cina" stated she was the manager), And as a gentleman, I attempted to complain about the "consistent" filthy trash left in front of the store and at curb side each & every day such as domino's card board pizza boxes left behind for private trash pick-up, which often times end up in the middle of the street and creates dangerous situations and possible car accidents, red sauce on the side walk, which is a public hazard (someone can slip) and lastly the habitual hazardous parking of the domino's pizza delivery cars that wait on the corner of Victory Blvd and Bay street(without a domino's sign displayed on top so as not to be associated with the store. May I add that is a bus lane and very high traffic area. There are reportedly many accidents on theses very corners, I am sure Domino's does not want to add to that statistic.
I am a professional, I own my business and I know what it takes to run a successful company. I was greeted completely unprofessionally by Ms. Cina and in fact was told in a very harsh tone along with an additional rude gentleman in the rear of the store and I quote "The trash is going to sit there all night because we are short staffed."
I stated "Okay fine" and departed the store. This all took place 12:09am on July 14th. If you are at all interested I have photographic proof of trash in street and cars double parked on a regular basis. I would also like to mention there is plenty of parking just a stone throw away on many corners.
Respectfully,
Mr. Daniel Fuentes.

Bad service
I call local delivery at my area location and talk to the phone girl: she address herself as "Robin", and said can you hold with out even giving me a chance to say yes; this was very rude and improper but I over looked this because it can get very chaotic in there very quickly, well when she got back to me it was appr 6.15pm when I called and she pick up back up the phone at 6:35pm, so more or less I was on hold about 15 minutes, well when I went to place my order she was very rude and very ugly about her answers, I have order from this store since 1989 and never hold a problem like this, well I ask to speak with the manager becki which I knew because she has work there for 13+ year but come to find out she at a different store and the new manager rhonda is nice but she doesnt put the customers first, especially this robin gal, if that the kind of people she hires I will just order from Papa Johns.
