Didn't answer phone
Didn't answer phone for 1/2 hour before closing. Called numerus times. Close at 12:00 am. Had a houseful of hungry people!!! Very upset!!!

Call from Domino's at midnight demanding balance money just Rs. 64/- and arguing also
I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza. Yesterday at 12:08 p.m. (lunch time), i ordered pizza from my office from Domino's Pizza, Gurgaon, Haryana, India for Rs. 1164/-. The delivery boy came at 1:05 p.m (no worries in that). The delivery boy had not the tender money of balance Rs. 36/- when i offered him Rs. 1200/- so i paid him Rs. 1100/- and promised him to pay balance Rs. 64/- later on and he agreed and went away. I ordered 4 pizzas ( 1 large and 1 medium - Mazican Green, 1 large and i medium - Maxican Red) and when we unpacked the pizzas, it was a wrong delivery and instead of large Maxican Red (Non-veg) it was large Maxican Green (Veg). But me and my guests were about to eat and i could not order again and wait for more half an hour to deliver the right pizza so we had it. But at night when me and my wife were sleeping, i had a call from Telephone no. 91-124-4142983 at 10:39 pm asking the balance Rs. 64/- and the delivery boy and his supervisor were arguing with me regarding the wrong delivery of pizza and upon the time line in which i will pay the balance of Rs. 64/-. It was just a harassment to call at night for just Rs. 64/-. If i am a regular customer then where is the point of calling at night for just a tiny amount.

The following harassments i had from Domino's Pizza, Gurgaon, Haryana, India:

1. I had 2 calls at night from Domino's Pizza when me and my wife were sleeping at 10:39 pm, asking for balance of just Rs. 64/- when i ordered for Rs. 1164/-, when i am a regular customer.

2. The order reached to me in an hour when Domino's claims to deliver in 30 minutes.

3. Instead of taking one hour in delivering pizzas, the pizzas were delivered wrong, instead of non-veg pizza, veg pizza was delivered.

4. Arguing by the supervisor and delivery boy at night with me regarding why did not i return pizza when i got to know about wrong delivery.

I intend to file a complaint against that Domino's outlet for harassing me at night.

Bad service!
Yesterday we order from Domino's the special they have on Tuesday's (Two for Tuesday's). They said it would be here in a half hour or 45 minutes. We waited on hour still no pizza. I called them back and they claimed it should be here any time. In the mean time we saw a delivery going back to the neighbor's (which happens a lot most times they then just drive across the road and into our lane) So my daughter was waiting at our front door and before she could get the door open the driver then just took off. We had two calls from the driver. But we did not answer because my daughter had her identity stolen and we are still getting calls from places she has never heard of or even been. And the calls get to be threatening. So we don't answer the calls we don't know who they are from. (Our fault) But as I said earlier my daughter was standing to the door they could have asked if we had ordered from them. We received a called from the store. Accusing us of not being home. We had been home for three days. Then when I told them my daughter had been standing at the door. They asked why we didn't flag them down? How could we? When the driver took off before we could even get the door open. The person I talked too on the phone said they could not send out a driver to redelivery the pizza and that they took the money off my debit card. But after reading the complaints from other people I will be watching my bank statement very carefully. I do know that I will never order from them again. But I know like someone else said losing just one customer will not hurt them. But I do intent to tell everyone I know and I am going to fill a complaint with the BBB.

poor service
The bulwell store has decided nt to deliver to specific area's giving no reason why.
they are willing to deliver hand outs through our post promoting their service AND delivery. Then when i ring up to order they state that they do not deliver!
I was rather stessed abut this.

Horrible service
I ordered Domino's pizza online on 3/19/08 at 7:22PM. It took Domino's over an hour to deliver the pizza (pizza arrived at 8:37PM) which isn't a big deal, I have worked in the food industry so I know how busy it can get. I'm sure they're trying their best to get the pizzas to their customers as fast as they can. I tipped the guy 2.00 and was content that I was finally going to have dinner. Opened my pizza box and it was the wrong pizza. Okay, I'll just call them and tell them. I called and said " You guys sent me the wrong pizza". The rep saids "I'm sorry, give me one minute" and puts me on hold. 15 minutes go by and no sign of him returning. I called them on another cell phone and says " I don't see how putting me on hold for 15 minutes will resolve the situation". The rep apologizes and promises me he'll make the right pizza and sent it immediately. 9:10 PM no pizza. I called them back and the guy says to me the delivery guy has already been there (my apt) and delivered the right pizza. I tell him I have not received the right pizza as of yet. Did he give it to someone else? But he was just here so he should know where to sent it to unless he's a moron. He said he'll call the delivery guy and puts me on hold again. Again, I waited and waited and waited. I called him back on another cell phone and he apologizes again and saids he has no idea what happened but he'll make another pizza and sent it immediately. I believed him and waited. 10:30PM still no pizza. I called him and now he saids the delivery man came and no one answered the door and continues to put me on hold. Now I'm super pissed because they are obviously lying. I have been home the whole time waiting patiently like a moron for the right pizza. From the beginning, these people had no intentions of senting me the right pizza. Furthermore, they were trying to discourage me by putting me on hold each time I called. I am very angry. This is not the way to do business. Customers should be treated with respect. So now, Domino's has just lost a good customer. I am going to be ordering from Papa John's from now on.

Rude employee!
The Employee was rude to me and when i requested to speak to the manager she stated she was. I stated to her in the beginning of the phone call that i was purchasing a pizza for my daughter and i was not in the same house she went thorough the full order and ran the card then proceeded to tell me that she needed to have the card on her when the order came. When i clearly stated that i was ordering it for her because she had no money on her.

Overcharge and incorrect pizza!
I called Domino's Pizza to order a Wing Deal which was suppose to be 1 Large Pizza w/2 toppings and 1 Order of Buffalo Wings. When I called the first time they informed me that the Wing Deal consisted of 1 LG Pizza w/1 topping. This is not what the coupon said. But I ordered anyway. Then after giving my credit card number was given they hung up on me. I had to call back to get a total and verify my order. After the delivery and I rechecked my coupon I called the store and spoke with the manager who was rude and unconcerned even when I told her that "next time I will go to Pizza Hut". She didn't seem to be concerned about my issues at all.

Burnt Pizza and Cheesy Bread
On December 7, 2007 I purchased one of the new double crust pizza's and one order of cheesy bread. When I checked these items the pizza was burnt on top and the cheesy bread was burnt on the bottom. When I showed this to the customer servers they said that is the way it was suppose to look. I pointed out that the picture on the window of the pizza did not look like this, they said that was because the picture was light. They did offer to remake my pizza, but what was the point if it was going to be burnt too. They did not offer to refund my money. I had been looking forward to trying this new pizza and was very disappointed and was not able to eat it. It was awful. I have been going to this Domino's for years and have ALWAYS had good food and service before. Thank you for listening to my complaint. Behavior against the law and discriminatory
Hello, I would like some assistance in getting my money back. Domino's Pizza used my credit card to take money ($14 +) out of my account. I had ordered a pizza and paid for it with by credit card. The store manager (Jay) promised me several months ago that they would refund the money, and that it needed to come from corporate office. My bank did nothing about it because the complaint was made 60 days after the event. If you respond I can provide you more information etc, dates and amount.

I believe this behavior to be against the law and discriminatory. If I had did this to them, I would be facing legal charges.

Lousy Service
On Saturday night October 20th, 2007 we ordered a medium sausage pizza and were going to redeem a $5.00 gift certificate, which by-the-way was sent to us following a previous poor quality experience with Domino’s. The grand total of this purchase was to be $8.66 counting the gift certificate.
When the delivery driver arrived he could not speak a work of English and became annoyed when he realized I didn’t speak his language. But that’s another issue. He had no idea that he was supposed to pick up the gift certificate and get only $8.66. He kept demanding, through primitive sign language that I pay the total $13.00 dollars for this pizza. I paid due to the fact my daughter and I were hungry and it was late enough that going out was not an option. Obviously I did not leave a tip for this person. When I opened the box the pizza was cold. I called the story back where I purchased it and was transferred to customer service. The customer service rep who I spoke with had the voice of a 15 year old and claimed to be a manager. His disposition as well as lack of tack immediately indicated that he was no manager. After explaining the situation I asked that I receive my ‘satisfaction guaranteed or your money back’ guarantee. He asked how much of the product was left; I told him my daughter had already eaten two pieces. He would not honor their guarantee saying that the product was not whole. I demanded, and was able to speak with his supervisor. (She) had the voice of a 19 year old had the demeanor of such. She proceeded to tell me the exact thing the previous rep said. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and explained that Domino’s would not fulfill their written pledge as part of the pizza was eaten. This basic argument went on and on for another 10 minutes, when again I was placed on hold with her saying, “Let me try to make this good.” Another 10 minutes, the same argument ensued. She would refund my money and take the pizza back. I told her this was the 2nd time I received lousy service from Dominos and then demanded that the pizza be comped due to the amount time spent trying to resolve this simple thirteen dollar dilemma. She argued it was not Domino’s policy to do that. I told her that Domino’s broke their written promise and I was going to call the BBB and file a complaint as well as contact their corporate office and provide a tape recorded copy of the conversation. The outcome was that she said Domino’s would not deliver to us any longer and the pizza would be comped and the purchase amount refunded within 4 business days. I am sure that one person refusing to ever do business with Domino’s Pizza will not bother them. But I hope if more people provide feedback Domino’s will get their act together.
