I ran into one of the most extremely aggitating workers I've ever had the experience to deal with. Sabrina was her name. Rude, very confrontational, and extremely off putting. How could they hire someone for a customer service job when they have NO IDEA how to deal with customers. From when I called and placed my order I was receiving attitude. I don't know if she maybe had a bad day, but I had nothing to do with her having one, so why was I lashed out upon? I had intentionally planned on delivery but after my rude encounter with Sabrina, I changed it to pick up. I wanted to see for myself if this girl would be just as rude in person as she was over the phone. So, I pull up and who happens to be working the counter? SABRINA. She still seemed off putting. No greeting, already irritating. She gets my order wrong, I let her know, then she goes off about how I'M THE ONE who got MY ORDER wrong and that it wasn't their fault I didn't know what I wanted ... ARE YOU SERIOUS ????

I don't know about the rest of Dominoes customer service, and if anyone else has had any bad experiences similar to mine. But all I know is if I find that I'm not the only one this disgruntled worker had confrontations with ... I want to make sure she enters into a different profession because maybe customer SERVICE isn't her forte.

I don't know if anyone else noticed...Dominoes Pizza Commericals are getting on my last nerve. I think they are trying too hard. They're trying to convence people, there pizza is good, and use real ingredients...give it a rest.

Incident began Saturday October 24, 2009 with phone order.Waited 2 hrs and pizza never came.Called store and spoke to manager Sal and said pizza will be delivered in 15-20 min., no show. Promised to take care of order next time we called.Phone order Sunday 10/25/09 @ 6/6:30 pm, carry out & took home.Pizza ordered well done and dough was raw.Called store and spoke to manager Sal again.Over the phone he stated "white piece of s***" and he said "to come over here so I could f*** you up!".Went to store to show proof of pizza and to confront him about statement made.He stated, while in store in front of employees including 1 customer, a multitude of insults that was heard by many.Also threatened to kill me more than once. Should we file a lawsuit with Dominoes Pizza or are we going to settle this in another way? Something needs to be done immediately.

We ordered 4 large Pizzas from Dominoes, and a portion of garlic bread for ourselves and our young children. No more than 8 pieces were eaten and the rest ended up in the bin. We have eaten pizza all our lives but these were awful. My daughter ended up ill in the bathroom all night and my brother was still suffering withterrible diarrhoah all day saturday and had to miss a days work. The rest of us had stomach ache and mild diarrhoah. So much for a treat and not having to cook.

one fine Thursday, i awoke from my slumber at approx. 12 25. i had a feeling as if to say ``i want a pizza``. little to my knowledge the horror that would present itself before me.
i went to the website, totally willing to pay the extra toppings charge.
as i proceeded to fill on my toppings, everything from double cheese to pastrami(single scoop) i went to the add to order section and shokingly i read the hard fact,
MAXIMUM 9 TOPPINGS ALLOWED!!!
in my infallable rage i went straight to this page and procedeed to type this complaint, i apprieciate the fact this may seem over the top but i shed no remorse to this indiscrepency, and i am most likey going to have to report this to the authority of high food standards,
