i ordered pizza had it delivered and they charge my card 3 times for pizza and i only got pizza one time which has overdrawn my bank account i will take further matters if not resolved this is poor service. you need to investigate the people you hire to take customers viable information and use it is very poor poor service. i called and talk to the manager at that store location he was very rude he told me just bring it in and he will adjust it i think the person that did the transaction should be terminated immediatley. someone needs to contact me asap. i will report to the better business bureau!

We were delivered the wrong pizza when I called in to tell them they said it was my fault I ordered wrong then when I told them it must have been a miscomunication that we would like what we wanted the guy on the phone said that he would send 1 pizza and we had to give him 1 whole pizza and the one with the 2 bitten slices now we paid for 2 pizzas why are we only getting 1 then as the operator guy is putting me on hold I hear him tell someone that the stupid ass lady then the hold button worked I dont think calling customers names is policy. Then when the guy with the 1 replacement pizza comes he said that his specific instructions were to bring back 1 WHOLE pizza or nothing the pizza that we were giving back had 1 slice missing and he would not give us our other pizza. This is wrong and if the guy who said he was the manager really was the manager he should have handled it differantly he lost us as a customer !

I ordered pizza from Dominoes in Latonia. Ky a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't believe the way an employee (I believe it was the manager) behaved toward a female employee there. He was yelling at her and then he threw something at her( I think it was a hoagie and a spatula). I asked someone who he was and they said the manager Chris. All I can say is if I was that female employee I would be looking into filing some sort of harassment charges against him. This kind of behavior is uncalled for anywhere much less in the work place.

I will not be visiting that location any longer. I hope this complaint gets to the right person.

On January 18, 2007 My husband and I ordered the $20.99 special which included 1 large pizza with topping, an order of wings and a soda. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. After waiting an hour we get our order. We paid the driver and he took off. When we opened our pizza we noticed that there was no cheese or sauce on the pizza only pepporoni's. We immediately called the pizza place where the manager told us that they've been really busy but all they can do is make another pizza for us and they'll deliver the new pizza and take the old pizza. I wasn't very happy with the response I got because for one, being busy is not an excuse to forget the main toppings of a pizza, ( cheese and sauce ). I let her know that and it resulted in bickering back and forth between the both of us and when I asked the managers name the manager hung up the phone. I am very displeased with this service and would like to get refunded for this order. This order was taken at 5:12 pm on January 18, 2008 by server number 6333. The order number was 40027.
