delivery not in time and rude behaviour on phone
Today, i.e 10th july, 2011, I ordered pizza from Dominos exactly at 3.26 pm But i recieved the order 4.20pm. And before that i had called Dominos 3 times asking for the order. As the order was late the Dominos guy told me to ask for discount of Rs 300 from the delivery boy. But after few minutes of the delivery of the food i recived a call from Dominos And a word with VIKRAM, he was very rude and told me the i was suppose to wait for the delivery boy outside on the road. He did not listen a bit and with a Bad behaviour told me that he will make sure the food will never be delivered at my premises.
THIS IS SUCH AN UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Also i think Dominos is more comcerned about making money than customer satifaction.

Poor Service
Dear Dominos Team,
With huge disregard I would like to write a feedback to your sector-50.noida store! PATHETIC SERVICE!
I had called for 20 times to their 01204241435/ 01204248996 and also 01204281101, no one picked up the call.
Then I had called 012044448888 for another 7 times, customer care connected me to sec 50 store again no one picked up.Even the similar kind of incident has happened in past as well.
When finally after 50 mins someone picked my call and asked for order... He was very harsh and said the order would deliver in 30 mins ... aaa 40 mins, no no 45-50 mins!! POOR Customer Care Executives!
I was a regular customer of Dominos but atleast with such kind of service I would never want to be the same anymore.
I wish you better luck!
Thanks for serving me for 5.5 years.

me and my friend odered for a pizza from dominos and we rang bishopthorpe road dominos pizza and they said to ring the one in cliffton so we did and the one in cliffton told us to ring the one on bishopthorpe road so we rang bishopthorpe road again and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and it was using my credit up and i told them what had gone on and they rang cliffon dominos pizza and they said they will throw in a free garlic bread but i dont see how a free garlic bread will do me any good for all the credit i used up from them telling me to ring back and forth its just done my head in and im not happy!!!

Nasty wings
WOW! really bad. This is on a Marine corps base and it sucks. I've ordered ther pleanty of times and all the times are horrible but this time was the worst. My chicken the boneless ones where so charded burnted that I had to take pictures and send it to the main man. Black burnt things on the foil it was gross. no dipping sauce that I ordered waste of money. I also oredered cheesy bread and it was burnt to pieces no enough cheese and i of course took pictures of it. These people are working on a mmilitary base and us Marines and there familie would like to have a nice dinner. Like C'mon! My husband serves for your nation and you can't even fucking get a pizza order right. Well that will be the last time me or any of my friends will order from you! Sorry dominos but you didn't get it this time.

Worst Customer Service
Yesterday I tried to order two large pizzas online. After speaking to an unfriendly person, I cancelled my order. The person didn't acknowledge my cancellation, just hung up. I used my credit card, and wasn't sure the order was cancelled. But I didn't want to call back. So I filed a complaint with Dominos. About 30 minutes later, the rudest person called me back. He implied that I was lying about his coworker's attitude. He's used to that kind of attitude, I'm not. And in no way was it friendly or helpful. In fact it sounded like he hated his job.
Then the person tried to talk over me, didn't listen at all, didn't address my complaints, and provided the worst customer service I have ever received. I felt so threatened and humiliated by the 2nd call, I filed another complaint. And asked them to never call me again. I have used Domino's for at least 10 years. I will never order from them again.
And I still don't know if my order was fully cancelled or not!

product information
First of all, they are way over priced when other pizza chains are offering less than half of what Dominos charge! Secondly, the pizza we got had everything sliding off it and the crust was burnt! To add to injury, the guy who did the delivery did not even get us the number of sodas we paid for! This is height! For the money they are charging and the stupid commercial of harassing people with spot boys and cameras and making people like their product under pressure!

just saw an ad on tv for pizza at the same price on public hoidays as normals days when i spent 27 dollars for 2 crap pizzes on a holliday week before last witch was a long weehend...f88k you stick your pizza up your arse you are pricks and abouse your staff and your customers

Bad service
I order pizza from dominos all the time and honestly there service is lousy.There delivery drivers are sometimes rude like the one who delivered my pizza yesterday his name was thomas he charged me a different price than the person on the phone said.dominos also needs to fix there online deliverer because it only allows you to place an order for carryout but when i call the store they say that they do deliver and that they were going to fix it but no changes were made.I really hope my complaint opens the people from dominos eyes to realize they going to lose business if they don't improve these errors and hire more nice people for delivery instead of rude people.

bad pizza
I ordered a pizza online friday night. I got the wisonson 6 cheese and a philly. The cheese was so greasy it had no other taste and as far as having new crust who would know because they never give that kind, they give just plain crust and its nasty. Im not ordering from them for quite some time now.

WAS CALLING DOMINOS PIZZA AND ASKING FOR THE MANAGER MANNY AND WAS TOLD HE WASNT THERE AND I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD CALLED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND SPOKE TO HIM THAT I HAAD ORDERED TWO LARGE PIZZAS BEEF AND PEPORRINI ANDLIGHT SAUCE AND LIGHT GARLIC WELL WHEN THE PIZZAS WERE BROUGHT HOME BY MY HUSBAND I SAW THAT THEM BOTH WERE NOT LIGHT SAUCE AND HAD GARLIC TO GALORE!! THAT EVEN MY TWO CHIHUAHUA DIDNT WANT TO EAT THE LITTLE CARNITAS (THE bEEF) SO I CALLED THIS EVENING AND TO MY SUPRISE THE MANAGER JERRY TOLD ME NEXT TIME TO GET A GIFT CARD BECAUSE THIS TIME HE'LL DO THIS TIME BUT WITH AN ATTITUDE AND I TOLD HIM I INOCENTLY CALLED TO ASK FOR THE PIZZA I WAS PROMISED BECAUSE THEY WERE DONE INCORRECTLY AND HERE HE IS TELLING WELL NEXT TIME AND I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T NEED FOR HIM TO SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT AND ESPECIALLY HIM BEING THE MANAGER JERRYAND I SAID THANK YOU AND HUNG UP.
