I called around 3:30pm to order from a "corporate flyer" Domino's mails out. I advised the person by the name of Hery that answered the phone I had a coupon and read it to him word for word. I advised him it was for a large pepperoni feast pizza at $13.99. He asked me for the code on the coupon and I am familiar with that usually printed below the price but this set of coupons that I received in my mail did not have them. I advised him there was none he was aggitated and stated he didnt know but I had to give him one for him to continue to help me. I explained after he kept repeating himself over and over. I exlained look Hary I do not have a # to give you but your more than welcome to take my whole sheet of coupons sent by Domino's for your other customers when you come to deliver. I cannot make one up for you? Well he continued to be upset and stating he didnt know or cared. I informed him look Hary Im trying not to get upset I understand you dont care nor want to deal with it but I am not making this up. He stated he didnt care he was tired of talking to me and hung up in my face! I called back spoke to Cindy which went on to place my order and knew that those set of coupons did not have any codes. I asked to speak to the Manager which was never there by the name of Demetri. I called several times back asking for him. Left him a message and do you think I have received a call back? No I have unfortunately yet to receive such call.

I ordered pizza one night. I had a phone call, and decided to wait outside for the pizza. I was getting pizza for my girlfriend, my roommate, and myself. The delivery man came, and I hadn't seen him at first (we live in a basement level condo.) As I approached, I saw my roommate hand the delivery guy something, which I assumed was the tip because I was paying for the pizza. I was going to tip my own tip anyways. I knew it wasn't the receipt because the delivery guy handed me the receipt once I got to him. I signed it, took the pizza in one arm, phone in the other hand and said: "hold on a sec" (so I could take my wallet out of my pocket and get his tip.) and he replied with "Okay so you just want me to leave the balance as it is, no tip? Okay!" and stormed off. (I paid with a credit card beforehand over the phone) so yeah. What a charming dude huh? I called and complained to the manager, which I rarely do, because I felt it was appropriate this time. She offered to send me some free stuff with a different driver, I declined, because I am not an 'entitlement ***' I just wanted her to know what a *** she has working for her... Looking back, I should have said yeah send me something for free so I can tip the new driver the other driver's tip.

I ordered 2 Pizzas tonight at approx 2030hrs. I was told It would take 45 mins, Imagine my surprise when there was a knock on the door after 25 mins. I asked for a 2 thin crispy bases, which I got minus the crispy!!
When I lifted my first slice It all slid off the base onto my trousers!!. The next slice, all the olives fell on the floor. Very poor, I think Dominos put the pizzas through the oven to quickly, also It was tasteless. I have seen a loyal customer for many years, but, I think the standards are dropping.

On Saturday 8-09-08 around 6 pm I was going to call in an order to Dominos. I had called to place the order and I had explained to them that 2 weeks prior I had a order and it had been not filled correctly and the mgr that day said that the next time we ordered we would receive a free lrg pizza for the complications at our next order to just give our name and number. So before I placed the order I had explained this to them so there was no confusion. The young lady on the line said she would have to get her mgr to pull that up because she did not have the authority to do so. A few minutes later a manager got on the phone and asked my number so I gave it to him he said that there was nothing for that number. I said well maybe it was in under my husbands number so I gave him that number. He then told he they were both coming up as a new number. I said I didn't understand that considering that we have ordered from there several times. H e said I cant do any thing unless you give me the right number. I then said well maybe it was under my mother or fathers number. He said he checked those and they came up as a different last name. I told him I didn't understand since it was just two weeks ago and I specifically asked the mgr that night for a paper with his signature saying this was a free pizza since had pretty much paid for it anyways and he said no that it would be saved in the computer. Then the mgr said well I cant honor this deal then if you have another number call back then and hung up on me. I then called him back asked for his name he said it was Shane and asked for a number to someone higher up for the rude customer service he said go on dominos.com I don't care and hung up... I have never been treated this way they should not offer free items or discounts if they do not honor thm this so called manager was rude and disrespectful I cant believe an employee of this nature is working in customer service. If I was to go thru this everytime I call that will be the last time and I'll be sure to let all my friends know of the rude inappropriate customer service at this store. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. Thank you and hope that something will be done to resolve this much unneeded matter.

the manager Tammy was exstremly rude when i had asked her to remake my pizzas because it was not what i orderd she went on and on yelling and calling me and my husband assholes and bitchs and i didnt engage in it i simply asked for the owners number and she refused to give it to me and when i asked for some ranch and parm cheese she replayed very rudely we are all out. I was disgustid by her attitude and it was very very bad customer service i had ever seen!!!
