Rejected my pizza request
I called two seperate Dominos Pizza stores, 1 being in Eustis and 1 being in Mt Dora Florida. Both stores would not sell me a Philly Cheese Steak with Pizza sauce added. "They don't put pizza sauce on that particular pizza." Not sure why but it tastes wayyy better with pizza sauce on it. I have been ordering the Philly Steak Pizza WITH pizza sauce since the pizza first came out. Since when can you not get a pizza the way you want it? The pizza already costs $17 + taxor a large and now they won't even make it the way I like it? This is sooo stupid, I still feel like I'm dreaming. Needless to say, I will not be going to Dominoes pizza anymore. Corporate stores need to GOOOO... bring back small buisness!!!

Extremely Late Delivery
I would like to Complain about the Service I had on the evening of 14th February, I ordered a Pizza at 19.09, (as per Receipt) and after an hour waiting, we rang Staines Branch and asked them where our Pizza was, they had no recollection of a Pizza being ordered, so we ordered again, but this time it was 20.10, by the time the Pizza arrived in was 8.30. Although they had no order for that Pizzam the timing on the Receipt was 19.09, I know it is or was a very busy Valentines night, but to wait and hour and a half which was totally unacceptable. I think they realised their mistake and gave us measley Garlic Bread with no apology. I would like to know how you are going to rectify this mistake and make sure that when we order again from you(if ever) we will not be treated like this again!!!

not given blue cheese
i order 3 pizza and chicken kickers with blue cheese.i didnt get blue cheese i got ranch, so i called back and told the guy i wanted my blue cheese and he said he wasnt sending the guy back just for blue chhese.so i told him i didnt want the chicken kickers and wanteds my money back, he told me i would have to call back tomorrow.i asked him his name and he said he wasnt going to give it to me and he said he didnt have to give it to me.i asked for the manager on duty name and he said that she wasnt going to give me her name either.i said to him is this how you treat all your customers.at first he told me there wasnt anyway he could get ahold of the driver and when i told him the driver had a cell phone because the driver called me when he was outside thats when he said he wasnt sending the driver back just for blue cheese.i threw the kickers away because i cant eat them without the blue cheese and i would like my money back please.i cant believe i was treated like that.i spoke to the guy at 925pm.address is 59 mill pond road apt d32 860-758-4239.i dont have a camera to show i got ranch..

My wife bought three pizzas super-bowl week that my three kids wouldn't even eat because they had no taste at all. You know shit sucks when kids won't even eat it after tasting it.

we called up dominos pizza marathalli outer ring road bangaluru india to order pizza but the person receiving our order was not responsive impolite and hung up on us twice the person receiving our order was not willing to provide us the service which dominos pizza claims to provide its customers. we as customers are very disappointed with this behavior from such a reputed brand . we hope that the concerned authority will do the need full

BAD BEHAVIOUR of MANAGER
Dear Sir/Madam
I was again displeased by an inappropriate behaviour showed again by Dominos Pizza manager at Infosys, MAngalore. On Saturday 5th february i had approached at the dominos pizza located at the INfosys. but due to security reasons, i was not allowed inside and i was supposed to call them and order. I did that, but inturn i got a harsh reply stating that for 2 pizzas he willn ot come out to serve, i need to order 4 pizzas.. i explained i am at the gate, for which i got an annoying reply, that it cannot be served.
it appeared that they donot want to work but just sit in their place and enjoy the salary they get.
On telling him, i would like to speak to the manager/incharge, he replied arrogantly stating he is the manager. i asked his name, for which he asked me my number telling he will ask his superior to talk to me. i asked him to connect it to su[perior, which he said he cant do. i again asked his name, which he didnot reply.
I sincerely feel u r losing ur customers, at this rate, people will move on to other pizza corners

Chicken in Veg. Pizza
I had placed an order for Veggie supreme pizza at Dominos Havant, but when the pizza arrived and I was half way through the pizza I found a piece of chicken in the pizza. I am a religious man and do not eat meat. This has made me upset. Is there anything that can be done? I have photographs of the pizza.

Poor Customer Service
I am the office supervisor for this office. I called to order several pizzas and when Chris ansered he immediatly told me he was the only one there and "very busy". I still ordered the pizzas and I picked them up, however for 3 large pizzas, I was charged $31.32. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I asked for plates, cheese, and peppers. I was told there were no plates, he threw the peppers and cheese at me, when I asked for his manager, he gave me the first name Mario, and said he will be in tomorrow. I appreciate the fact that Chris was busy, we all are at this time of the year, but his customer service was very poor. Please address this issue. If you can give me a call we can discuss this further. Thank you.

Big black hair on pizza
I ordered a pizza from dominoes queen st auckland city and it had a big black hair on it.i rang them back and with alot of convincing they said they would bring me another one for free.i waited an hour and they didnt turn up so i had to ring back and when i did they said it would be 2 minutes away.so i waited another half an hour and had to ring back again.they kept acting like they didnt know what i was talking about.then another hour later i finaly got my pizza.iam not impressed, itz very unhygenic and slack, im not happy.

rudeness
the first complaint i have happened about a year ago when i was delivered cold pizza and i called the manager he told me i would get one free to replace it. I called about a week or so later and they claimed not to have any info about it and refuse to help.
So now i though i would give another try and when i called to find out what specials you have they asked if it was delivery or pick up i asked again what special and instead of answering me he insisted on pick or delivery and i had even decided if was going to order from them. i hung up very upset and set not to do buisness with them again.
you show all these comercials on how you are improving your pizza taste and quaility.
But you need to work on your personells attitude.
i chose to go with another company. and to be honest until i decided what i wanted to do i called them 3 times and each time they were patient and very kind.
