Oven Baked Sandwiches
These are the MOST pitiful sandwiches ever and we paid $6 EACH for them! There are 6 bits of meat on them! 6 pitiful slices of jalapeno! And some sauce that we had to go BACK for cause they left it off! I am ANGRY and HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. It was all bread!

Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!! and no Guarentee
I ordered two pizzas and was watching a hockey game. I didn't get my pizza Dominos thought I phoned in to cancel my order. I didn't and got a call over an hour and 20 minutes later saying that they made a mistake but will bring the food right away and give me 50% off. The food got here at the two hour mark. It was cold and tasted like cardboard and I only received 5$ off. I called back immediately and asked for a new order stating that the pizza was horrible. The Owner/manager argued and said that he gave me 50% off and wouldnt do anything about it. I then tried to go over his head and phone Dominos Canada but all I could get was an answering service and no phone call back. THANKS DOMINOS FOR GUARANTEEING MY PIZZA AND SERVICE. It is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for years.

health and not geting paid on time
Me and my sister work one of the dominos pizza store in long island may be 6 mounts, store is clean, new and <emps> are real nice guys .our problems was store 110 F in summer no AC and when is cold they close fans so heat wont go out of the store means every one get toxinate and worst ...couse of school we ask 20-30 hours aweek, th e owner of the place he said ok fine..then 3 weeks later he want us to work 50 plus we ask him why you now our stuf we are 16-17 yearsold!he said "im the boos not you and blablablabla" then yeling scream to emps and customers plus they didnt pay us 3 to 4 weeks sometimes so we left that place as it is still my sis has last pay check, guy toll her, he paid it <BS>and we left <no more dominos pizza>

poor quality
Have just had a dominoes pizza in Bicester in Oxfordshire. What a dissapointment it was. The one detail we look forward to is the 'double decadence' base! There appeared to be no presence of any layer of sauce at all, thus the pizza was quite dry. I used a buy one get one free voucher, yet the bill for 2 pizza's still amounted to 17 pounds(ish) is the service a little more slack in respect of these vouchers? really dissapointed with the pizzas this evening, been happy in the past, hope the standard is not slipping!

The lack of reembersment , cost me to work for you
As a formal employee and driver i have complaints, when dominos charges 1.95 for delivery why the drivers only 80 cents per delivery, isn't the driver supposed to be reembersed for the wear and tear on the vehicles . other pizza companys that charge a delivery fee. and have their own vehicles, the whole fee goes towards the business vehicle, it's like i paid dominos to work for them the past 7 1/2 years THAT *** some may say thats a scam what do you think. No one has ever honestly explained that one to me . so how could explain it to customers.

uncompetent manager
this guy does not deserve to be a manager, he looks like a criminal because the way he treat me and other drivers it s quitely impolite he use us like a slaves, he does not care about our feeling as humans that they have their dignitee, so as far as this person keep acting with me, and my coworkers like this . i will offer certainly a bad service to the customer whish is not a good favor to the company .

supposed to close at 12pm well two times now i have tried to place orders around 11:30 pm and they dont answer the phone or tell me there closed
they say they close at12pm.well this is the second time i have tried to call at11:30pm to get either no answer or to be told there closed ill never call again

Food poisoning
About 10 years ago when my daughter was 8 she attended a "Read-a-thon" at UW-Whitewater with several classmates. They ate Domino's Pizza for dinner. By the next morning several of the students were vomiting and very sick. There was not any gastroenteritis of any sort that children from the schools in the area were experiencing at the time. My daughter continued to vomit for several days and her stomach was not the same for about a year!
I also talked to two adults who at different times and in different areas had confirmed food poisoning after eating Domino's Pizza. Our family has avoided it ever since.

Hair in Pizza
We had ordered for Dominos Pizza's for dinner today i.e. 20th August 2010, to our surprise we had found a hair in the Pizza which surely was of some women as the length of the hair was long enough to capture the entire pizza base and was wrapped all over the pizza. I am attaching the photo proof of the pizza and the bill for the order.

Don't care about its customers
Your word against theirs right. That what it was with me. I order some hot wings from a dominos in my area (Baton Rouge, LA PLank Rd).I ate one box and didnt eat the other because we started feelin terrible sick(FOOD POSIONING.I email the customer service department like a good customer reported my probelm. They contact the dominos and told them to pick up the remaining wings that they would have them tested in the lab.Ok, I thought they were playing me the whole time.The results should take 6 weeks! NEVER CALL ME BACK WITH THE RESULTS. I call them they gave me the runaround.Basically in the end I was call a lye and didnt recieve anything. I wish I could sue them for what they did to me I will never eat here again. Mark MArgret or whatever his name over security is unfair!! LONG LIVE PIZZA HUT!!!
