Horrible Service
Ordered pizza online at 7pm on 7/15/2010. Site said delivery would be in 40 to 50 minutes. I called after an hour and was told my order "was out for delivery". It finally showed up 75+ minutes after I placed my order, but the driver did not have change for a $20 (the bill was just over $15). No way I was going to pay a $5 tip for this level of service, so I offered everything I had below the $20 which was only $12. Driver took the pizza away.
I called the store again. It took *forever* to get through this time. The manager on duty said "my driver tells me a different story and I believe him". Said the only thing he could do was to resubmit my order and they would redeliver it, but it would be another hour to 75 minutes. No apology for the late delivery, no apology for not being able to make change on the first delivery, no offer to accelerate the redelivery, no offer of any compensation (discount off of this order or even a coupon for discount on future order). In short, no acknowledgement of any issues on their part nor efforts to rectify it.
If this is the new Dominos, I want nothing to do with it.

Really bad OHS
At 11:15pm July 3rd my partner and I went to pick up a couple of pizzas.
as we walked into the store there was music playing, they had it playing on full ball
to the point, i could not hear what my partner was saying, or anyone else for that matter.
They finally turned it down, and we were told that the pizza's would not be ready for
another 2 or so minutes, which was fine, no problem with that at all. But while waiting,
we saw one of the staff member's picking the topping off one of the pizzas, with his fingers!!!
after seeing that, we asked the girl if we could speak to the supervisor, she said that
the supervisor is not in tonight. So we either take our pizzas and pay or leave now. That is
when i got angry and asked her if she thought it was healthy for that worker to be picking at pizzas
with his bare hands. that we were just about to pay for? all she said was PLEASE LEAVE in a loud voice.
I was stunned as i am most amazed that she even had a job at Domino's by the way she was talking
to me. I refused to leave as i was outraged by this matter. Than a male worker worker came up to my partner
and I, to our faces and yelled F**K OFF or he will ban us from all Domino's stores in Canberra.
So with him saying that, my partner and I left. Just as we were out of the sliding door's
some of the staff, started laughing.I am still in shock and shaken up by it all.
I will never go to Domino's again and hopefully domino's head office does something about this.
But, i highly doubt it.

THE PIZZA ARRIVED COLD THEN THE DRIVER GAVE ME MY $20 IN LOOSE CHANGE(5CENT, 10CENT, 20CENT, 50CENT) I WAS MAS AS HELL! I TOLD THE STORE THAT I NEEDED CHANGE FROM A $50 NOTE WHEN I ORDED THE PIZZA, THIS STORE HAS NOW LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Wrong order and wouldn't fix it
My boyfriend and I ordered pizza for us and the kids.. I ordered from one of the promo deals one large legends pizza and get a medium cheese pizza for 3.99. Well when delivered they only had the large pizza which was for us. Kids pizza was not sent. I called to talk to manager and told him what happened and he wasn't doing anything to make it better except that he was gonna charge us 4.23 for the pizza and not charge us for delivery.. I was gonna pay 22 dollars for a large pizza and then another 4 for another pizza... So there for my bf had to go out and get food for the kids and it's now 830 at night... I more then likely will never order from there again unless something is resolved...

ARGUMENTATIVE MGR
Ordered 2 Med 2 topping pizzas and ask for special.5.99 each ..delivered
When they got here The price was 32.00.
Thinking there had been a mistake, called mgr and was told we didn't ask for special..we had to pay full price...he was so rude and unwielding to refund the difference. Called back few days later and ask for dist .mgr and said he didn't have one ...same horrible mgr...will contact corp.mgr...WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN...was it worth it to loose business

Delivery Denial
Friday night my wife and I were watching our granddaughter and decided to call for a pizza. Called, placed the order and reminded them to watch their speed when driving through our housing development. The operator answering the phone and taking my order said ok she would relay that message. A few minutes later my phone rang and on the other end was a gentleman asking if I was the man who stopped one of his employees two weeks ago and told them to slow down when driving through the development. I told him that yes indeed I was that same person. He then stated that he refused to deliver pizza to my residence because of the conversation I previously had with the driver. I then told him to keep his drivers out of our private community if this was how he was going to react. He told me to "f...off" and then hung up. Within 15 minutes this individual showed up at my front door and introduced himself as The General Manager for Dominos for this area. He announced that "he wanted to meet me face to face and not have a pissing match on the phone." I then told him that I didn't want to hear it and he needed to leave my property or I was going to call the police. I also told him if this was how they conducted business I wanted to have no parts of this organization.

WORST/RUDEST SERVICE EVER
We ordered the "new and improved" dominos last night..they ROYALLY screwed our order up so we called to let them know they messed up our pizzas. Their "MANAGER" says "well what do you want me to do about it?" usually in the business world, if you screw up on account of you and your incompitent staff you fix the order and send it out. But NO they made us go back in with the THREE pizzas they RUINED just so they could make us sit and wait. They were rude and disrespectful and I would NEVER EVER EVER recomend this shit hole of an establishment to anyone. They offered no reimbursement, nothing. The only thing we recieved was shitty service and food that made us sicker than ever. Good luck if you want to eat this trash. I recomend a bathroom you can keep to yourself for the next 24 hours at least. If you're in B-Town, order from any other place, our fave is Aver's. We learned the hard way.

i ordered pizza and had a dollar in change, the driver said he was not taking the money, because i had change, HE then took the pizza from me. and im like 5 minutes from dominos and my pizza is always cold.the man that took my pizza from me was so rude.

Poor Product
My family orders often from the Domino on Hyw. 59 in Mandeville, La.. The pizza is a;ways cold and orders are not filled properly. 3/13/2010 our order was cold and seemed to have been dropped before getting to our home. The service is terrible and the product is worse. There are not many fadt food delivery in this area and Dominos is very close to our home. We have spent a lot of money at the store with hopes that the next order would be better. NO SUCH LUCK! I would like to hear a response to my complaint soon.

Bad service, bad pizza
Do not buy any food, pizza from Dominos Pizza in Schertz, Tx #6577. The pizza was of very poor quality and not what I had ordered. When I called back to inform them of my disappointment, the manager (Justin)simply said, he didn't care, there was nothing he could do just give me my money back., although I had just asked for him to redo it with fresh ingredients. Which by the way is the way Domino's is advertising. Justin went on to say, that was about as much as he was willing to do, he apparently does not know the satisfaction gaurantee policy Dominos is also advertising.
