put on hold for long time
I called to make an order from dominos pizza on broad street in new castle, indiana. I was put on hold for 15 minuates and no one came to phone so i hung up and called back . I was put on hold again for 7 minuates. I finally hung up and called pizza king. I understand that restraunts are buisy sometimes (I work in one) but i should not have been put on hold and ignored. It only takes a few minuates to take an order.

Terrible experience
I placed an order online from this store last week. The order was promised in 35 minutes. The driver called me 40 minutes later stating he was lost and unable to find my residence. My order did not arrive for another 30 minutes, making it almost an hour past the time it was supposed to be delivered.
I called the store to complain, and some young kid sounded annoyed I dared complain, but finally sighed and said they would give me 50% off my next order. I got mad and hung up, and contacted the main customer service center, who apologized and said the store manager would contact me, which he never did.
Now tonight I tried to place an order from the store, and inquired about the 50% discount. The person o the phone was rude and belligerent, and said that according to their computer, the delivery driver stated that I was not at home, which is why my order was delivered so late and cold. This means they lied to cover their asses, and made me out to be the bad guy. He then told me I could place an order tonight, but without a discount, and sounded very annoyed and rude when speaking to me. i hung up in disgust, and vowed to never patronize this store again.

Not good business practice and maybe even illegal
When Dominos pizza came to our town it advertised free delivery. That was a good benefit to the customer. But for the last 3 years the Dominos here in Statesville, NC has charged $1.60 service charge for every delivery. It was added when gas started going up. We thought it was to compensate drivers for their gas costs. But the $1.60 doesn't go to the drivers it goes into the owners pocket. The drivers always got a dollar a run and didn't recieve a penny extra when the franchise added a $1.60 charge to the delivery.And to add insult to injury this franchise even started paying drivers a base pay as if they were waiters. But waiters don't have to drive there cars from house to house. Drivers already had it hard trying to keep their cars running. Now they reduce their pay to less than minimum wage and customers take away tips because their being charged that extra $1.60 for delivery. Where's the brains at there? That's not good business practice, and maybe even illegal to charge a seperate tax just to go into the owners pockets. I'm going to check with the north carolina state department of wages to find out if it's legal to charge extra for delivery if the drivers aren't getting every penny of it.!!!

delivery time
i ordered a pizza from hatfield dominos pizza and took nearly 2 hours to arrive from 1 mile away from where i live. it came to my house at 12 midnight, and it was cold and needed to be reheated. I won't use the Hatfield branch anymore as i have no confidence in them so i tried to use the welwyn branch which is 3 miles away from where i live and they will not deliver to me as they say that the hatfield branch is the one i have to use. You claim to be the best pizza service and you charge premium prices for what you call quality pizzas! I consider myself to be a good customer of yours and you can check your records to prove this. but because your service on delivery is so bad, it affects the quality of your pizza so that in turn is also bad! you need to renstate 30 minutes delivery or a pound off! I'll not use you again as your let down by your staff and service

Didn't have pizzas
I ordered two medium pizzas for the special 2-med 2-topping pizzas for $5.99 each. Got to the location off S. Cobb Drive, Smyrna Ga., just to find that they couldn't find my order. After looking through what they had available, they found a pizza like the one I ordered, but instead of giving me the one for $5.99 they wouldn't let me have it unless I bought another "available" pizza for 1/2 price. The other available one was a pizza I'd rather not sample, so after watching them stare at me I just said "Never mind" and left. Bad business.

Lies and late delivery
The start of the order was ok, however, once we ordered and time passed, we were wondering where is the food we ordered, called the manager and told him that your driver is not here yet and its been well over an hour, the manager was sorry and promised a free pizza delivery within 10 minutes, well, the 10 minutes came and went well over an hour again, called the manager, and he had no answer, he lied about what he promised and because of it, i suggest that people watch this place, they tell lies and wee will no longer purchase food from Domino's pizza in Grayslake again.

Delivery
I have been a great customer to Dominos Pizza here in Costa Mesa, California. I give great tips and have been very patient on soooo many occassions, but today has taken the cake.
I placed an order at 10:05 am or so, so that I would be one of the first ones to receive my order. I did not receive my order until well after 11:00 am. I spoke to the owner of the location and his attitude was as if he did not care. I told him I was going to write and report this store. This is a on-going occurrence with this store. I do it on purpose to see if this is true and it is. My order as I am writing is still not here. I just canceled my order and will not do business with Dominos Pizza, or will I recommend any to do business with them.
I may order first, but my food comes last and cold. My location is on the way back to the store, so therefore, I get my food last. ITS NOT FAIR, NOR PROFESSIONAL!!!
I want something done about this.

Terrible Delivery - Food COLD
Food was 56 minutes (late by MY expectations) and COLD. I sent the two pizzas back. The local store called me to provide a credit, however, this store has NOTORIOUSLY been late on their deliveries and bringing COLD food. The little girl answering the phone explained that online orders cannot keep up with their regular phone or dine in orders (what are we, second class orders?)
Dominos commercials may say their food is different, too bad their SERVICE is NOT.
BACK to Pizza Hut...

Charged me twice
After ordering Pizza, it took 40 minutes to deliver, when the driver came he did not want to go knocking on my door, after having my kids outside waiting under the rain at night for ten minutes I called the store, a clerk named Sandra told me that the driver did not want to go because he was robbed by me!!!
I went outside to ask the driver and he was an old man scared because he was robbed last week at another place, no it was not me!!!
I called the store and the manager Sergio told me to pay him cash, and only half the price.
I did and we use the microwave to heat up a pizza that took an hour to be inside my house, .
After a while i checked my credit card statements and I found they charged me for the pizza that took an hour to get here, after I was accused of robbing the driver, after i was asked to pay cash?
That service *** and even the corporation is not helping, here is not the money, is the principal.
Please dont go to that roach infested place.
