These landlords have made a career out of suing past tenants and somehow win. They are irresponsible in maintaining the property. Their leases are vague and unprofessional, and the wife of this team likes to meticulously clean the unit and charges $45.00/hr to do so. She charges for cleaning baseboards! They don't PAINT the walls, they WASH them and charge you for it. These two are money hungry and will stop at nothing to get money from their tenants, including lying to the courts. They have allowed tenants to go without a working stove/oven for 6 months during the winter. They do all the repairs themselves, no matter how shoddy the job; including hanging siding with roofing nails improperly, putting 3 layers of shingles on the roof without a permit, and letting the asphalt driveway get to a crumbling, dangerous state before they have someone come in and "patch" it. These two are despicable. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL BE SUED! below are pictures of the condition of the kitchen and oven/stove - my husband installed this flooring in the unit and these landlords are charging us 200.00 to clean the oven/stove...it looks sooo dirty doesn't it?
