When I went for consulation, told that each hair is placed on her head and will look and fel her own hair.I asked if there will be a net placed on my hair ? also I am not interested in that type of service.technician told me that somthing else, for your procedure the net will not used. technician had same thing on his head. and I touched his head and ask clearly is this kind of the will you do ? then he said no...no..., We will put hair by hair in your head.this will be totatly different job, Then we dicided to go for it and He asked me for financing. I was ok. He ask me to fill out the form to check credit. But same day they took money from crdit card company, without any work done.The day of procedure I went and indeed a net was placed on her head and new hair was attached to it.As soon she started job and I realize that this not I want and also it was so painful. I was cring and told her to stop job, this is not the procedure which you demonstrate. She force me, I was cring still she has put on my head, and told me that she has to put on you.It was very painful because the procedure was not done right. Than finally after so many request they took of hair next day. They charged me $ 3800.00 I asked for refund . I request to deduct labor charge for 4 hours about 800.00.I am requesting 3000.00 credit. I am not get andthing and also they damaged my hair. I have concern for following item.
1. we first day at consulation day he had no tell us that they will take money now. he told me that just he want to check credit. 2. consulation was not proper and clear . It was a trap to catch the client. 3. Simply they must show a net and tell client that this net will go on your head, but they never tell truth to any one. They took an hour to explain they this a big procedure, we have to put hair by hair etc. if they show hair net and tell us we will be out in 5 minutes. I think this a big kind of scam with technician and chase health provider. They are not giving any answer.

Please help in this situation. My not getting any thing in 3800.00 They have a product in their possation.I am requesting 3000.00 back.
