On the 21st of January 2010, their shared hosting servers went down. I know that these things can happen unexpectedly and assumed that services would resume within a reasonable time frame.
The following message was posted on their website:
"We have had a major downtime over the past few days which resulted in both the "Mercedes" and "Jetta" server's being offline. The servers should both be back online soon today or early tomorrow morning. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused all clients on these 2 servers."
It's now the 25th, and still no change. I've sent at least 5 emails, tried calling (From New Zealand $$$) every day, and have had no reply.
Their website now shows the message "We will be discontinuing all shared/reseller hosting services and only offer Dedicated Servers and Colocation services." I really hope that they honour my already-paid years-worth subscription. And of course, services resume very shortly.
