Very disappointed to tell you that I purchased baby furniture from you on 2009-11-12, your invoice number is 0000767 and these good were shipped on 2009-11-17. (PLEASE FIND ATTACHED COPY OF YOUR INVOICE)

Now when I have opened your goods I am shocked to see that they are absolutely different models as I order, further more even the goods that you sent are not complete and every item is missing some parts and not complete sets.

Please note that I am a regular importer of baby furniture from this market of china and my average import is about 12-15 containers. I just place a small order with you in order to check your quality but you cheat me.

I am suffering a big loss due to this as the goods that you sent me are absolutely useless for me. So I request you to compensate me for my total loss of RMB 20000 including goods price and all forwarding, clearing and custom duties and taxes.

Please note that if you do not pay attention to my loss I will be forced to put this case to

ALL CHINA CHAMBER AND COMMERCE OF INDUSTRY

AND ALSO TO OTHER SUITABLE FORUMS AND WILL REQUEST ALL THESE TO BLACKLIST YOUR COMPANY FOR EXPORT AND TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY.
