1) While in Rome, I came to know about online reservation for hotel-airport transfers by door to door shuttles in Paris on the website: https://parisshuttleservice.com/paris-Shuttle-bookings.asp floated by SARL PARIS SHUTTLE SERVICE, 52 RUE d'EMERAINVILLE, 77183 CROISSY BEAUBOURG (Lisence No.: 429 474 463 00016; Phone: 0663761330; Fax: 0148942029; Email: [email protected]).
2) On the evening of May 9, 2011, I had made two online bookings (on the above-mentioned website)- (a) for airport to hotel transfer of 2 persons by door to door shuttle on my Arrival Flight: Ryanair FR 9631 at 0850 hrs at Paris-Beauvais Airport on May 13, 2011 (for traveling to Elysees Neil Hotel at 11 Rue Saussier Leroy 75017 Paris); and (b) for hotel to airport transfer of 2 persons by door to door shuttle for my Departure Flight: Srilankan UL 564 at 1500 hrs at Paris-CDG Airport on May 15, 2011 (for traveling from Elysees Neil Hotel to CDG Airport).
3) As required, I made payments of (a) 56 Euros for my airport-hotel transfer and (b) 36 Euros for my hotel-airport transfer, using my Visa Credit Cards, giving my card particulars including the CVV number but my reservations were not confirmed directly. Reservation for airport-hotel transfer was confirmed by email at 1953 hrs on May 9, 2011 and that for hotel-airport transfer was confirmed by email at 1352 hrs on May 12, 2011. Email confirmations for of my bookings received from Paris Shuttle are is attached as Enclosures-1 & 2.
4) The company had promised my pick-up at 15-30 minutes past 9 hrs on May 13, 2011 at Paris-Beauvais airport but nobody showed up until 1030 hrs. I had made several calls on my international-roaming mobile but no body helped. Mostly the phone was not attended. When somebody attended, the attending person was not only casual but also discourteous and abrasive; he made false promises, giving me a lot of anxious moments, causing undue stress. I was made to waste my precious time in Paris. Finally, I had to travel by Airport Shuttle to Porte Maillot followed by Taxi to the hotel, spending 37 Euros.
5) When the manager at my hotel complained about non-availability of airport to hotel shuttle to their client, they promised that they will refund 56 Euros to me on May 15, 2011, while picking me up for transfer to CDG airport.
6) Pick-up at hotel was promised at 30-45 minutes past 11 hrs on May 15, 2011 but no body responded to repeated phone calls made or turned up for pick-up at the hotel. Finally I had to take a taxi for traveling to CDG airport, paying 50 Euros.
7) Citibank (my credit card provider) has already confirmed having paid 56 Euros to Paris Shuttle vide approval no. 416134 (Request made on May 12, 2011; Claim settled on May 14, 2011).

I am writing this mail to register my complaint for taking up the matter with the concerned authorities in France to protect cheating of travelers in future and for initiating proceedings to claim my damages. I shall be grateful for your kind acknowledgment of this mail followed by the needful action.
