Command never received from doozie.com

On 8 april 2009 and 24 jun 2010 i have bought online at doozie.com a treatment called MIDOL. Command number 22687 and 26083. Payed by credit card, 25, 84 dollars for each command.
Commands never arrived at the adress in France. In my account at doozie, those commands were always pending

I ordered some hoodia from this company and I never got it shipped to me

I ordered some hoodia from this company and I never got it shipped to me. I have contacted their customer service department to no avail. I am not sure if I will ever receice the hoodia or even if the hoodia that doozie sells as their weight loss plan even works. Now I am so skeptical of this company if my hoodia diet plan ever arrives I am not sure I should even take it.
