Dormia will not honor their warrenty. Without going into a long story about the negative experiences we have had with Dormia, all I can say is that thay scam the buying public and seem to be getting away with it.

We invested $3000. in one of their top of the line mattresses. It sags so bad that we can no longer sleep in it. ( that's right...in it, as we can't sleep on it ! ) It sinks down about 6 inches ! It is supposed to be Talalay rubber which is the best, but I feel that if the contents of this mattress were tested, we would discover that it is made of something else which is inferior.

We may just cut it apart and have it tested, when our new mattress form a different Company is delivered.

This Company should be stopped from defrauding the public. Not everyone can afford to throw away money like this...
