i have a monthly direct debit set up payment was recieved on 5/11/10 which was £4.00, on the 11/11/10 i occured a late payment fee of £12. would it be possible to be informed of why i have occured these charges as a monthly direct debit has been an ongoing every month and have never missed a payment, i have tried calling on numerous occasions and i have got an automated service which occurs very high telephone charges and no-one to help with this matter. could you get this rectified as soon as possible.
