No magazines / NO Refund
I ordered a bi-monthly magazine called "Reminsce" on 02-04-10.
I used PayPal/MasterCard to pay in full $12.99.
DotCommags.com indicated a 4-16 week wait for magazine was in order because "Reminsce" is a Bi-Monthly.
After wait I called PayPal for a refund because Dotcommags customer service website is no more.
PayPal claims they can't do anything with orders over 45 days old.
MasterCard can't see order on their computers because it's over 6 months old.
What's next????

Ordered a mag 14 weeks ago, got nothing. Looks to be the same all through here. Can't even raise their website now. Just glad they only got me for $15.

DotComMags is a Sham
On January 26, 2010 PayPal transferred funds to DotComMags for two magazine subscriptions. DotComMags stated that it might take 10-12 weeks before the magazines would be received by us. Unfortunately, that time frame is beyond Yahoo's & PayPal's complaint time of 45 days. After three emails to DotComMags (including one to the "supposed" honest & upright owner who's only concern is for us, the buyers) and having every email bounced back as "undeliverable" I gave up realizing DotComMags is a sham and will rip anyone off who's dumb enough to trust them. I agree with another complaintant, never go three-party, go direct!

RIP OFF
I ordered a subscription to ROLLING STONE magazine on JANUARY 27th!!!
Even though I contacted the Better Business Bureau and made several attempts myself to get a refund, as of May 18th, it is safe to say I will never hear from DotComMags.com or get my money back.
AVOID!!!

Total Scam/Ripoff
I, too, was scammed by this company! Ordered and paid through PayPal for a magazine subscription that I never received. Contacted customer service after about 3 months and was told my order had gone through and they did not know why I wasn't receiving it yet. Hmm? Now phone number, website, and email address is no longer valid! And of course it's past the 45 day limit to dispute a claim on PayPal. I did learn, however, that you should go ahead and open the dispute and escalate it to a claim through PayPal. They will "close" it immediately because of the time-frame, but the more of these they get against dotcommags.com, the more likely they are to go after them for our money!!! Who knows, maybe PayPal will take care of it for us and we will get our money back. I won't hold my breath.

paid for magazines; never sent
This online magazine company is listed on a lot of coupon sites. They charged my card in Jan...now it's May...never sent my magazines.
Their website has been deactivated and my customer service emails are coming back as no such address.
Is this company a scam or out of business?
Has anyone else been burned? What state did they do business in? Is there any recourse?
