I order two books which are in stock from doublediscount.com on July 10.They confirmed my order and emailed me on July 13 to notify me that my order has been shipped. After a week, I got my order. But when I opened my package, I found one of items is missing. And what I got is the other book which is $29.97. So I went to check my credit card account. I found that they already charged me on the day I placed my order for 108.66. And on July 12, they just put 32.97 back to my account. That means they cancelled one item of my order without notifying me and made an error on my bill. So I tried to contact them. I emailed several times over two weeks. No response at all. Finally, I got one email back last week indicating that my claim has been reviewed. But it has been a week since I got this mail. I faxed, called them during this period but still no response at all. This morning I called them again, still voice message and I left my message to ask them call me back. But I still don't get any response. I really don't how to get a real person to talk to me and solve my problem. I wish this complaint can arise their attention.
