Doubleday Books Club took my name to collection without ordering/receiving any books from them. I found this out yesterday when I was trying to get my home refinanced from a mortgage broker. This is a rip-off . I spoke to them may be twice regarding this issue that I did not ordered any book nor received any from them. Please help me.
