I made this reservation at 3:00 on Fri. for my husband & 2 sons (10, 12) for that night. When I pulled up Yahoo "hotels" I didn't check the calendar as it typically pulls up the current date. I booked the hotel for one night.For some reason, it pulled up a Fri 3 weeks in advance. Upon checking in, my husband realized the date was incorrect and asked to change it to that night. The hotel had vacancies but was unable to move the date due to YAHOO POLICIES. I contacted Yahoo customer service & was told I could not change the date without a 100% cancellation fee. The policy stated 100% fee if changes made AFTER CHECK-IN. My husband was unable to check in without a reservation but still they charged me a full nights rate to change it. Even though I had just made the reservation 4 hrs ago, & did not want a refund, just a date change, they WOULD NOT CHANGE THE DATE. One friday in June for one friday in May. But they were extremely rude & unhelpful & would not even speak with the hotel, who was willing to change. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH YAHOO AGAIN, THEY ARE OUT TO SCREW YOU IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND YOU ARE DEALING WITH INDIA.
