I have download a free trail of real player. Which i know is free of charge for certain of days, and when the trails expires the trails will automatically ends and the customers don't pay anything if they don't want to use the product after the trail period.

However Real trail withdraw money from my credit card without notifing me.

Before taking the real player trail, we have to fill out a form which has our personal detail including our credit card number detail.

However I thougth that detail will be use after the trail has ends and the customers will pays for the product if they would like to continue with it.

But when was checking my credit card statment, + detail for a bank staff memeber told me my account has been with draw by real player.

I really don't want this to happen again, because i didn't know they withdraw my my credit card and it might happens again and again if i don't do anything about it.

I believe it is important that customers should be notify when a trasaction has been made .

I also believe that the trail was for free for 7 or 14 days.

I have not been using real player and I am worry they might take money from my credit card again.

I am uable to unsubscribe from them too.

I believe that its not just me but it happens to alot of people . SO I hope to get help
