my computer was not able to handle this download and I uninstaled it at once. I emailed the company and asked for a refund and then notified my credit card co. I recieved an answer from the download co. asking for a detailed explanation of what I had a problem with and that tech surport would help me get going. I explained that my computer wasn't up to snuff and that I would rather not mess with it, so please give me a refund. The answer to that request was NO we do no refund if you change your mind. I reminded them that in their FAQ that question number 24 asks about a refund and the answer is
