I have tried to subscribe to a promotional membership for only $1.95 in www.downloadgate.com. During the payment process the company claims that there were two boxes that are checked by default. Since I did not uncheck these boxes I have benn subscribed (unintentionally) to two more services which cost 39.95 $ each. I learned this two hours after the payment process by checking my credit card bill. I contacted the support and ask them for unsubscription and refund immediately. They refused to do so because according to their terms and conditions it was my mistake not to uncheck the boxes at the first place. I checked the terms and conditions again and I found a 3 day unconditional dissatisfaction refund and informd the support immediately (in less than 36 hours from the payment process.) Unfortunately, I stopped receiving any response from the support and now three days have passed. I saved all the dialogue that took place with the support which defend my claim.
