Re: Complaint
Date: July 13, 2010
Dear Sir:
Please accept this letter as a complaint in reference to a trip I took on to flight #227 from Washington, D.C via Charlotte North Carolina to Atlanta, Ga. on Jul 11, 2010.
The ticket agent was very rude and disrespectful to us passengers, because of questions we put before him, after announcing cancelation of flight. He told us shut up in a threaten matter. We were told we should be happy we able to get on a flight Just then another ticket agent announce that he was placing us on different flights, the first agent could have been a little sensitive about the change, but he was very impolite. Tthis could be having been hand in a respectful matter.
We were told by the attendance that flight 1429 to Atlanta had mechanical problems and we were rerouting to different flights. My flight was to leave for Atlanta at l1:40. We boarder the plane laving the airport, but while waiting on the run way later the captain told us this plane had mechanical problem with the air-condition, we turn around and went back to the airport to chance plane again. We waited until they got another plane, finally we all board and the plane left for Atlanta.
I feel this ticket agent did not display the behavior that he should have in representing US Airways in a respectful and polite matter. I was insulted and inconvenience missing a important events during Sunday service, I did not arrive in Atlanta as schedule, my flight 6 hours late arriving in Atlanta, therefore I feel because of these above inconveniences I should the compensated.
Please resp0nd
Thank you
Beatrice Burton
