I'm very disappointed with Dr. Boyle office and Chris her assistant, as long as I've been a patients of hers Dr. Boyle will never call you with any test results or speak with you on the phone, you have to go threw Chris her assistant who seems to run the place, and if you ask to speak to Chris she may or may not get back to you. I called Wednesday and asked to speak with her regarding my insurance appeal and now it's Saturday & I still haven't heard from Chris despite several calls asking her to call me back...that's no way to treat your patients Dr. Boyle & Chris, I waited in my house all day for her to call me and every phone call I put thru meant that I had to stay home and wait & Chris never called...

I found a breast lump and needed a pre-certification for a particular test and needed approval by my insurance company I asked Chris to get it for me, like I said Chris runs the place so you have to go thru her, my insurance denied it, If Chris had put in urgent with a diagnostic
code I probably would have been approved from the begining just waiting 72 hours, now I have to wait 30 days...I am sick of there lack of concern which could jeopardize my health...I'm giving this office a thumbs down from my own personally experience dealing with this office and it does not mean Dr. Boyle is a bad or good doctor use your own judgement when thinking of using Dr. Boyle as your OBGYN...
