on december30, 2009 i attempted to change reservation gztl6b. i called your local call center in mumbai to change the departure from jan4th back to jan2nd, 2010. i spent thirty minutes on the telephone with a call center employee, who insisted on calling me mr grey and thought at the end of the conversation that we had agreed on the new departure date. when i downloaded the new reservation details, i did neglect to register that the call center had made an error and booked my mother and myself for jan3rd. my mother and i and our indian family showed up on the second only to be totally mistreated and disregarded for the next three hours. we were unable to leave that night, despite my mother's ill health and returned to the hotel. we did leave the next night, only six hours prior to the original departure date. <br />
i am writing to discuss recompense for the inconveniences caused by your call center in mumbai. my mother spent not only four hundred dollars to change the reservation which, in the end was not and the extra night in the hotel as a result of the call center's lack of attention.<br />
i must tell you that i traveled to mumbai last year with you and my experience was 180degrees different. i am outraged at the deterioration of your interest in your customer service. sincerely, constance grey
