A Huge Warning around this person. He's a very charming chapie with the ability to lure you into believing he's Mr Nice and Mr Helpful. Not So !!!.
Dr Dorian Hindmarsh has a well documented history of killing your business plans just because he does not get them. He will let you pay out for Business Plans and all the experts in the world but if he does not see how it works, he will simply lie his way through and waste your hard earned money, time and anything else you are willing to part with.
Mr Hindmarsh has a well documented but very well covered up history associated with some very credible people and members of Norwich University in which he alleged they were corrupt and conducted underhand deals. Not so, in fact they had created a very clever business proposition in which students, graduates and staff would have all benefitted from in a major way but just because Dr Dorian Hindmarsh was in a position of decision making at a high level, he suggested the whole project was a fake and accused without any foundation that all involved were crooks. This spooked the authorities involved and as such rejected the whole proposition, despite much hard work involved and many thousands of pounds of Tax Payers money in supporting the business plan.
I myself have my own complaint with Dr Dorian Hindmarsh in which I brought a new breakthrough in a water purification process to Dorian that was 100% mobile and could travel round the world quite simply for localised applications. Dr Dorian Hindmarsh let me spend over £10, 000 in both business plan and experts opinions with a further £8, 000 on a feasibility study to show the concept had a future. Mr Hindmarsh simply did not get the clever way in which we had supporting investors to the project and as such removed any support for the idea, despite the whole team at the Hethel Engineering supporting the idea in full. Mr Hindmarsh had no right to do this and despite him not understanding it, took it upon himself to sink the project and leaving my whole family in debt.
I took some time out recently to research Dr Dorian Hindmarsh of the Hethel Engineering in full and find out quite a bit of history associated with his name and track record. Mr Hindmarsh spends for the most part of his life hiding..."er" working in the Hethel Engineering building, normally in reception where he can hide if required and cast an eye out for anyone he works with in order to vanish or look busy. After all, Mr Hindmarsh is paid by the Tax Payer and must be seen to be busy at all times. Mr Hindmarsh also is happy to accept the occasional bonus (provided it's in a brown envelope and in cash) for pointing you in the direction or pathway to local funding support. If he denies this, ask him how he paid for the Alfa Romeo 18 months ago ?.
The truth about Dr Dorian Hindmarsh of the Hethel Engineering is simple. All that looks good and nice is not always what it seems, I found Mr Hindmarsh was a very underhand and deceitful person who kisses the ass that pays his salary but has little if any ability to provide any knowledge of business support and will always pull away if he simply does not understand it, rather than trying harder to understand or bring in the person who might understand it. Is he honest "NO". He confirmed that all my business would be kept confidential and that the Hethel Engineering as a Government Department cannot sign confidentiality agreements but did provide comfort that our business would be treated as 100% confidential at all times. Oh Boy... Mr Hindmarsh told just about everyone from Norwich University to the local chip shop our business, I met people in meetings to whom I never had the opportunity to describe the business concept as Mr Dr Dorian Hindmarsh had not only told them what it was, he also had described the secrecy of how it all worked so simply to which we were going to apply for a Patent and Mr Hindmarsh was well aware of. Our water treatment was a world first and a serious breakthrough to which a Patent would have protected us entirely. He shared all the process and the design concept with just about everyone he knew, including a rapid prototype division at Norwich University prior to me ever meeting with them. I now find out that Mr Hindmarsh is a bit close to both parties with a major suspicion that he is paid to introduce projects to them above similar technology suppliers.
I would also suggest that Mr Hindmarsh has a rather unhealthy working relationship with a long legged blonde to whom I had no idea what she did as she was associated with vehicle and transport projects in Norfolk but almost every time I met with Mr Hindmarsh, she was either with him, just leaving him or just meeting up with him. Ms Jones always had a cheesy smile for Dorian and a sickly joke when in his company and all I can say is it was less than professional and very embarrassing to be around. "I don't need to know what the inside on the Holiday Inn looks like or what other Hotels they have held private meetings". All I wanted to know was what help we could have had if we travelled up from Southend, not what the decor was like when Mr Hindmarsh and Ms Jones had private meetings to discuss new projects coming to Norfolk.
To summarise, I would put a major health warning around Dr Dorian Hindmarsh of the Hethel Engineering. I would warn you not to meet him at the Hethel Engineering Building and never share technology information with him and be assured that confidential never means confidential in Dorian's world. He's bent but try proving it. If it acts like a crook and talks like a crook that should say a lot and if he meets in locations where they are designed for him to hide, be assured, it's a good sign that he probably is a crook to which you can't and never will manage to prove.
I found success in Devon in the end, Norfolk is full of BS and most of it came from Dr Dorian Hindmarsh. My advice to anyone seeking to know is look somewhere else in the UK and keep well away from Dr Dorian Hindmarsh or the Department for Enterprise in Norfolk.
