This company 'Dr-hu.com', once they get your money, will not return it, will lie, make excuses, and then 'sell' you (offset) things you don't want (nor need), and think they can get away with it.
Thats why I'm here, this website advertises, sales, collects money, and does not provide the item(s) purchased. Judging from my experience with them, their responses, and their resolution, it's pretty evident that a part of their business is merely cheating people.
On January 9th, 2009 I purchased 2 items. They are 'virtual' items for a game called World of Warcraft. After 10 weeks or 75 days, and 5 written complaints, a few phone call attempts (they don't answer the phone) they still had not provided my items nor given me a refund as I had been asking for (since 1/14/09).
They made ridiculous excuses, then absolutely outright lies (that the reason they couldn't get the items was because I changed my password, which I did the day before, or 75-days after placing my order), and finally after I threatened to contact the FTC (3/18/09) and other agencies, they issued me a partial refund (3/23/09), but for only about 1/3 of what I paid (I paid $276.13), keeping the rest (or $167.47) as payment for their time.
Their time or efforts, is not the advertised item, its not on their website at all, its just their sneaky way of keeping people's money, and assuming we'll all just fade away and give up.
These guys, and their President - Dr. Hu, are crooks, flat out crooks.
