I bought gift certificates worth over $130.00. Two of them were not used, so I wanted to use them and I was told they expired. Ok I did not know that, I told them. Cant you honor them anyway because its money that I already paid. I was told no.

Mind you I am a patient there and use the spa frequently. This spa is keeping $130 of my hard earned money. They are dishonest.
