I visited the office of Dr. Larry Rigo to have contact lenses fitted, as I am nearsighted. After the exam, he told me that I was so slightly nearsighted that there was not even a prescription that was made for me. He said there was no reason I could not just live without contacts to see.
I just couldn't believe I was totally dismissed. I then made an appointment with another eye doctor for a second opinion. This eye doctor said that I was actually quite nearsighted, fit me with contacts, and I left the office seeing perfectly. I don't know why Dr. Rigo didn't want me to see well.
