im from israel and didnt fully understand the consent i was signing and he never ever explained it to me and that is why its so hard to sue him. he lied of him being a board certified and he is NOT!!! he left me deformed scared and with pain still 2 years after. please do yourself a favor and ran away from him he is the worse out there
