All Nigeria based Employees are to report personally to our Head
Office in Nigeria with their documents (including Contract Terms of
Agreement) for identification, signing, and collection of hard copy of
their contract documents. This is in line with the expatriate statuary
law of Nigeria in compliance with the Employment Act.

However, for Employees (Expatriates) who do not have valid Residence
Permit, Work Permits and Visa, the Management of the Nigeria National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) will make all formal arrangement for the
procurement of Residence Permit, Work Permits and Visa through the
Nigeria Immigration Service. The Management of Nigeria National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) will shoulder all cost relating to the
procurement of the above mentioned documents and Visa for employee's
family.

Any Employee (Expatriate) who currently do not possess valid Foreign
Affairs (Expatriate) Certificate and National Insurance is expected to
personally incur all expenses related to the processing, procurement
and acquisition of his/her certification with the Nigeria Immigration
Service. For information on how to go about the procurement of Foreign
Affairs (Expatriate) Certificate and National Insurance please contact
Dr. Martins Okoro of the Nigeria Immigration Service. The Nigeria
National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) will duly reimburse the employee
after submission of employee’s expense report substantiated with
receipts.

In line with the Nigeria Employment Immigration Law and Control
Employment Eligibility/Verification Procedures you are required to
send the scanned copy of your signed Contract Terms of Agreement and
International Passport to the Nigeria Immigration Service for the
processing of your Residence Permit, Work Permit and Visa.
